We’ve ordered pizza from this Tomball location before and had a decent experience. But our most recent experience was absolutely deplorable. Our order, via the website/app, indicated that our order was going into the oven. But it literally took 45 minutes for us to get food from the time we ordered till my husband brought it out to the car. Employees were ignoring people at the front, and Moving incredibly slowly. And the food was a huge disappointment. I used to work for Little Caesars, so I know how good the quality can be when there’s an attempt to make it good. This location is absolutely terrible. And the employees are terrible too. It’s clear that the management doesn’t care about the customers or the food. And it’s clear that managers don’t seem to care about this location or improvements would be made. I’m not the first person to give a negative review and yet it continues to be terrible.

Placed an order early today for a later time. Thinking it would be ready by the time I walked in on the time I put, and I had to sit up there for an additional hour after the time I originally made it for. A couple weeks ago I ordered food here and it was a 2 hour wait after the original time, I gave up and left without any food. Someone or corporate really needs to look into this location as it has decreased in a timely manner. Until then, I will no longer come here.

Placed an online order (1 classic pepperoni and an order of crazy bread) at 6:30 and didn’t receive my food until 8:00. Don’t hold yourself to the hot and ready standard if the only thing ready is the employees ready to clock out. I’ve never had high expectations for this location, but good lord did I still get disappointed. Nobody could get help from the employees, multiple people had to stop them from walking away from the counter to ask about their order. Employee never actually spoke to me, he just half ass nodded at me when I asked about my order then walked away. Also don’t try calling, they don’t answer the phone. Currently on hold for 42 minutes trying to get ahold of them.

Ordered it Via the app, and while the food came, they mixed up my Detroit style slice n stix for regular cheesy bread. I tried calling the location to tell them whats up. Ended up on hold for nearly 40 MINUTES. And I just ended up hanging up, especially after checking the reviews. I’m ordering from a different location next time.

Enjoyed this location in the past but it has gone down hill. Garlic bread sticks were plain dry pizza bread, no garlic no Parm, just plain. Hawian pizza had 6 pineapples. Ordered 2 large pizzas and bread sticks on 1/6/26 and we were all disappointed. Pick up your game or you will be closing your doors with quality like that.

11/11/24 – on Veteran’s Day, they have a GREAT special for veterans: free 4 slice detroit style deep dish pizza. ❤️ It’s also supposed to include a free soda, but they ran out of soda bottles during the earlier lunch-time rush. It was still busy when we got there around 1:30pm & we waited 15 minutes for the hot tasty pizza.

TERRIBLE. Rude employees, good luck getting a pizza. Never hot and ready always cold and late. You’ll wait 45 mins for a basic pizza, that’s IF they even acknowledge your presence at all. I stood at the counter for 20 mins while the employee counted the register not even acknowledging me. They prioritize online orders and won’t even take in person ones.

I really like Little Caesars. I order from there pretty often, usually when I’m not getting Pizza Hut. I love their Hawaiian and stuffed crust pizzas. The only thing is they were out of Crazy Sauce for some breadsticks they had on sale. It’s cool, they offered other sauces. The only problem is they wouldn’t let me get the same amount of sauces as I would get in Crazy Sauce, which sucks. But, I’ll probably be back because I like the food.
