Never go to this damn taco bell. My husband went for the dirve thru and ordered his food and when he went to pay he gave him a 50 bill and a lady told him that he had no change and my husband went to the gas station to change the money and when he came back a man with glasses told him that they could not sell him the food because he throw it away, first of all you are a restaurant that sells food daily and if you don’t have change you have to let him know before ordering very bad service

Did a DoorDash pickup at this Taco Bell. Walked 20 minutes. Arrived food not ready. Waited 20 minutes. Food still not ready. Asked employee and he was extremely unhelpful, said that they simple did not receive our DoorDash order even when we verified it was the correct place and had to go through a long refund process and then order food again. Staff was unfriendly and they place was messy. 0/5 stars.

Awful. They have a whole vegetarian menu but when you order anything from it they put beef in it ‍♀️
Walked too far to go back and complain. And of course there phone doesn’t work. Make sure you check your order too before leaving things I ordered and paid for were missing Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too.

No Thanks
It deserves zero stars. They call the towing company and tow your vehicle. They have a business going on. No matter if you are the customer, once they see the vehicle parked in the back automatically applies for towing it.
The manager Brian Lopez and supposedly “Carmen” but it is Gladys the one in the photo don’t have customer service skills. They instead make profit when they see vehicles parked.
They refused to call the district manager, no signage in the back that states NO Parking

I’ve experienced repeated disrespect at this Taco Bell, both as a delivery driver and as a regular customer. Staff often treats me differently once they realize I’m a driver, and I’m given looks and attitudes that make me feel unwelcome. I don’t speak Spanish, and there have been multiple times where employees speak among themselves while staring or laughing, which makes the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. This happens especially during the night shift. Everyone deserves basic respect, regardless of who they are or why they’re there. There is one tall male employee and one female employee (She must be new) who consistently show respect and professionalism, and I appreciate them. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff’s behavior overshadows that. Management seriously needs to address customer service and how drivers and customers are treated.

So there is a few issues regarding my visit today!
1) If you are a manager on duty and someone needs help is your responsibility to help the costumer. I know you have a new Kios system to order food! So that means you have more time to help a costumer, since your not running the register.
2)Now what’s with you all! Working the kitchen? I order a quesadilla, and you put more cheese then chicken! You are acting like you are the owner of the restaurant? Also order a Nachos Bell Grande! Paid extra for the chicken and you put more beans and cheese, then chicken? You are just a bad manager in that position.
3) Don’t let your position as a manager think you don’t have to help or care for the costumer.
As a manager you need more training or go to school to have a positive attitude. Wonder why this place is lonely. Upper management should consider hire an older person for that position.

I arrived for drive through pickup and the associate asked me to come inside to pick up my food. This was already unwanted, but I came inside anyway. Once inside, I waited patiently for awhile while I saw him fulfilling drive through orders and DoorDash orders. After 20 minutes with no update, I went to the front to ask about the status of my order. He asked for the order number and said he had to print it for the line. Therefore, I clearly waited 20 minutes for no reason and my order was not in progress. I then waited another 10 minutes for them to work my order, as they were still pushing out drive through orders before mine. There were even guests that came in, ordered on the Togo screen, and got their orders fulfilled before mine. The entire wait was 32 minutes, as I started a timer when I entered the restaurant. The service was terrible, the time management illogical, and the empathy nonexistent. I was very dissatisfied with my experience.

STOP TOWING CUSTOMERS CARS! The night shift male manager obviously has some sort of deal with the local tow company because they are towing every time he is there. There are no signs saying anything about a tow away zone and if you are parked behind the building they will tow you when though you are a customer.
