Le Peep is a casual breakfast, lunch, and brunch restaurant that has been in business since 2005. Located in the center of Downtown Mount Prospect, we cater to locals as well as guests from all over the Chicagoland area. We feature, traditional breakfast fare with a twist. We have a full coffee/espresso bar, and serve brunch cocktails. We are known for our Bloody Mary’s and Mimosa’s. Dine-in, take-out, or delivery it’s easy to eat Le Peep food daily. We have both street and off-street parking. We also have outdoor seating, weather permitting.

I want to like this place because the food and drink options are great but unfortunately the service has repeatedly disappointed. I’m all about second chances but like baseball, three strikes and you’re out with me. First was being seated and then not being waited on for 15 minutes so we left (it was a week day and not busy), next was a manager being rude when I picked up food. Last strike, I ordered a Wanderer skillet on Uber Eats late December and instead of tomatoes they put jalapenos making it inedible. I called to let them know and spoke to a female manager who left a note for another manager to call me, I was promised a call the next day and no call, so I called back a second time and no manager was at the store so again I was promised a call back the next day, and no call. With all the other restaurants available with good service, I will not go here again.
Update: in response from the store, another reason to not visit this restaurant, Uber Eats didn’t make the mistake and only offers minimal refunds, when an order is inedible, the store should make up for the mistake and have the correct order delivered to the person (who spent extra money to have the order delivered in the first place). Very poor customer service to put the burden of their mistake on Uber Eats and the customer. Since a comment was made about #of complaints, here is the photo evidence of the error.

Plenty of parking in back with rear entrance. Indoor and outdoor seating. Seated quickly. Beautiful interior with high top and regular height seating. Our server was polite and knowledgeable. The food came out quickly and accurately.

Excellent cut above breakfast/brunch located in the heart of Mt. Prospect. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very good parking around rear of the building. Indoor noise level is happy without being overbearing.
The menu is extensive with plenty of sweet and savory choices.
The crepes and French toast with fresh fruit are good choices.
I’m always looking for a special country fried steak. Found it here. Nice piece of beef, no gristle etc , with excellent tasty super crisp breading. Country gravy had the perfect amount of bite, however I added a little crushed pepper to taste. Eggs, hash browns, and sourdough toast to boot.
Topped off with a mimosa and LaVazza coffee for a perfect Sunday breakfast.

Horrible breakfast experience! Sat for 20 minutes before having our drink order taken. Waited another 20 minutes to get our coffee.
Food took 45 minutes and was missing one plate. After repeatedly asking where the food was it was brought out with hair in it.
No manager on site to speak to. Just a bunch of teenagers who were very rude.
Definitely lost our business.

Literally my favorite breakfast place… EVER! The place is so cozy. The staff is just exactly the kind of staff I want on my own team. The owner makes you feel welcome always. They even take care of my dog providing something for him to eat and drink when it’s summer or fall where we can sit outside for my dog’s sake. The food is always clean and consistently delicious. My family and I drive 30 mins to this place so very often as we pass by dozens of breakfast places. I work next to a breakfast place which I have not gotten breakfast from since for some odd reason I feel like I owe Le Peep my loyalty. Such a feel good place ☺️

Everything was perfect Chai latte, Smoked Salmon Frittata just as you expect to have at a brunch table. Waitress were extremely polite and they valued not only the great taste of food but also the quality. I would love to go back. They made a good start of my weekend! Highly recommended ☺️

Nice place for breakfast or brunch friends,family or solo. They have good choices on the menu .Staff is always friendly. Weekends are crowded , weekdays are much quieter .

Met a friend for brunch. We lingered over conversation, and the staff was quite accommodating. We never felt rushed.
