This place is pretty good. I’ll keep this review short mostly because there’s not too much to say.

Food is pretty good and always hot. The prices are pretty meh because the portion sizes aren’t too big sometimes, not the fault of this store though.

The one thing I will note is the slow service. It can take either 5 or 15 minutes to recieve your food. I won’t be too harsh on it since I’m patient, but I can completely understand if anyone would get mad at it.

Hopefully they will be a bit faster in the future, but overall this Taco Bell isn’t bad at all.

Taco Bell never disappoints! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The tacos were packed, the burrito was perfectly wrapped, and the flavors hit every time. Service was fast and friendly, even during a busy moment. This location consistently delivers great food and great vibes—definitely a go-to spot.

I have given this place more than a few chances. Food taking for ever. Just tonight no beef in a 7layer burrito. Want a cantina taco? Don’t expect to get the sauce that is comes with. Don’t pay for extra they just keep it. Never markbthe items. So if you get more than 1 burrito, you get to play burrito roulette. Rude, slow, no sense of urgency or idk getting the order correct. There is one kid there that made sure it was done right. I did not ask his name but he was a champ. Every other time out of no less than 20 times since I have moved to the area. Just terrible. I wish the operator would sell to someone who cares about the business. I’ll go to the one on baltimore from now on. If I get tacobell at all. No more. Not 1 penny more. The management should be ashamed. -from a former fast food employee.

Great customer service. Employee help me how to choose a new item that I never tried and their recommendations was great. The food arrived the way it looked in the picture. In Rush hour the waiting time was short. Good place. It is clean.

I had a very unpleasant experience today at the Beltsville location. One of the cashiers, named Dolette, was rude and had a bad attitude when I tried to redeem a coupon at checkout. He said we needed to mention the coupon before ordering, even though the coupon states it should be applied automatically. The way he spoke was very aggressive and unprofessional.

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for over 6 years and I’m not sure if management has changed but the customer service has gotten significantly better. A couple years ago a fight broke out between some employees while I was waiting for my order at the window. Today’s experience was a complete 180. I forgot to ask the lady for her name but it was around 1pm today 3/15. Welcomed me kindly on the intercom before taking my order and was just overall a pleasant visit. Whatever they’re doing keep it up! I also tried the $5 chicken pot pie fill up was absolutely lovely! Tasted home made I’m serious. Lol and was huge! The photo doesn’t do it enough justice. I really enjoyed my lunch today!

My card was not given back after my drive thru purchase. The Manager rang me up and also made a second purchase 3 minutes later with my card and argued with me when I realized my card was missing and went back to retrieve it. Then told me the machine (magnetic) registered my number and used my card to pay for the next purchase and they didn’t know. Thieves…don’t patronize this restaurant!! Ordered food for everyone on my card! I will be doing research to press charges for theft. Picture with address, phone number, date, order # and purchase attached. The Cashier Sonia Caroli was the one signed onto the register She was NOT the one that I gave my card to. Another employee reprinted the ticket out for me as the manager declared it could not be done.

Had my order delivered, once I received my order witch was a 9 dollar box, my chicken barely had any chicken on it not even a teaspoon, my taco was the same and barely no lettuce, as much as they charge they should be putting the portions correctly,I will be calling corporate office.

Nothing wrong with the food. I ordered from the kiosk so I didn’t really get to experience the service but the workers seemed nice. Only problem was that the restaurant was kind of dirty and other customers were rude.

Food was ok. Customer service was interesting. Person taking my order didn’t really want to answer questions and attire was not appropriate. I asked the person who brought out my food if they had any bags for my box of food and she said no with an attitude like “does it look like we have bags.” I won’t be returning.
