I place a mobile order for the counter it said my order would be ready a 6:23. So I walk to the doors and they were locked there was a girl inside getting food and talking with the employees. she was inside telling people outside what to do then, she came outside cussing at people just because they were asking questions. The employees were not trying to talk to anyone they ignored everyone that came to the door.

My food was trash. I want to show you a pic of my food but no….. I just realized that I’ll stay in VA for my food or never deviate from my regulars. We ate 10% of the food. I couldn’t even ask for my money back I don’t want a confrontation. You got a failing grade for food quality. It even smell weird my old lady said. Wow

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at your Taco Bell location 91 Smallwood MD 20602 on [1/19/26 ] at approximately [2:26pm].
During my visit, I interacted with manger/leadership MS.PAM informed by employee Geraye (which was amazing by the way). The customer service MS.PAM provided whose behavior I found to be unprofessional and dismissive. ASKED FOR A SIDE OF SOUR CREAM was greeted with rude/nasty tone, lack of courtesy, regarding order being placed incorrect. This interaction made what should have been a simple visit unpleasant. Might I add the wait in the drive through line was 15 minutes.
I understand that the food service environment can be fast-paced and stressful; however, basic courtesy and professionalism should still be maintained when interacting with customers and MS.PAM who is supposed to be in leadership position with Taco Bell. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.
I wanted to make you aware of this situation so it can be addressed appropriately. I appreciate your time and attention and hope future visits will reflect the level of service customers expect from Taco Bell

I’m really disappointed with this Taco Bell location. I placed my order ahead of time so it would be ready when I arrived, but I still ended up waiting around forever. My food wasn’t even started when I got there, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
What made it worse was that nobody acknowledged me the entire time I was waiting. I stood there while employees walked right past me without saying a word—not even a simple “we’ll be right with you.” It felt unorganized and honestly just rude.
By the time I finally got my order, it was rushed and sloppily made. If they can’t manage mobile orders or basic customer service, they shouldn’t offer it. Definitely not coming back to this location anytime soon.

Tried to place an order at the counter and they refused. Said you have to use the kiosk to place an order. I said can you at least wipe them down they are dirty and disgusting. The person behind the counter got a rag out of a bucket. I had seen enough at that point so I left.

Quesadilla, chicken and cheese, should have been a safe bet to eat. Wrong! I hadn’t eaten at a taco bell for over 20 years; I suspect that it’ll be at least another 2 decades before I try again.
That quesadilla had tasted as wall paper paste, just a horrible flavor in my mouth. Thinking no wonder so many different sauces -to hide the taste in the first place. Nah, won’t eat taco bell again for very long time. Nor will drive daughters, friends, or wife there! Much rather have Chick-fil-A any time! At least there the chicken taste as chicken, yes?

I went inside and they literally threw my food at me. Some girl with braids was very disrespectful. I didn’t give her any attitude considering she made me come inside to pick up a uber order that was already paid for!

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. Decided to order from here via door dash since I had a credit, and usually I receive fast service with this location, however, as you can see from the pic, the experience was very unsatisfactory! Called the night manager who refused to give his name, which I will find out by the way soon, in which he stated it was not his problem that his workers gave me a breakfast burrito, and not a steak burrito combo which I ordered through the app. No accountability taken on behalf of his workers, as a manager he did not practice conflict resolution considering the complete order was wrong. Door dash did not make the food, your workers did! They need to shut down this location because it’s ongoing issues, bad service, children as managers, and bad attitudes when calling to address the problem. I will gladly be reporting him to corporate to inform them of the back and forth arguing the manager did with a customer.

This is by far the worse taco bell In souther Maryland. Employees are always rude, food is never correct and always backed up. They always have issues, fryer down, machine broken. I ordered chulupas add sour creme and 2 supreme tacos all food came with no sour creme at all !! I go in and the manager who goes by the name Kim litrerly argues with me and then says you only gettin 1 sour creme when I paid for 4 items with it. She was nasty rude and could care less about any customer, she should not be working in fast food at all ! This place is a dump compared to other taco bells. Avoid this one at all cost, I can see why so many hate this location.
