Unfortunately, this McDonald’s on General Booth consistently has issues, and today was especially disappointing. I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra onions; it arrived without onions despite the receipt noting “extra onions.” When I brought it back, instead of remaking it properly, the manager instructed staff to simply add onions to the already cold, opened burger. Additionally, our double bacon Quarter Pounder was made as a single patty, despite being charged for a double. Overall, the service, accuracy, and professionalism at this location were very poor.

Very disappointed in my visit, ordered to table due to hearing impairment making it hard to order with counter to verify accuracy. Instead of food being brought to table they put food in bag at the front of restaurant and let it get cold. Did not bring food to table and seemed bothered when we had to ask for our cup. The guy as sweeping and out gloves on directly after to our chicken nuggets in a box and did not wash hands in between. They were not busy at the time, just seemed lazy and didn’t bother to care about basic cleanliness. Overall disappointed. Yes it’s fast food but the whole point of order from table was to get the food brought to the table

We go to this location quite often. We moved here from Ohio and love the area. however, tonight we went through the drive through and got a few burgers and a ten piece nugget meal. We then proceeded to go to Harris Teeters and while I was inside my wife noticed McDonald’s forgot the 10 piece nuggets. So we drove back where we sat in line forever, got to the window and the lady never spoke one word to us. Not one. We said we were just here and showed them the bag, they took the bag looked around put a 10 piece in it and just handed it back. Literally not one word was said to us. Now we have cold food, no one said sorry for forgetting the nuggets it’s just crazy. The customer service industry is so broken it’s horrible. Training is all I can say!!

So apparently they’re now charging $0.56 for a small water to “certain” people, as I was told by manager John Paul (JP). That is a direct quote. So it didn’t matter that I ordered coffee and a meal and wanted a side of water because apparently “certain” people get charged for their water. I’ve never had this happen at a McDonald’s. Water is a basic human necessity and readily given at restaurants. When I confronted him on this, he was rude for every interaction we had concerning my order.

Best McDonald’s out of the top five I think they’re number two in the Hampton Roads area. The food is always perfect the service is always fast and all employees are very greeting and happy. Everything is super clean always also

I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a long time, I had a few minutes to spare this morning on my way to a job & I chose to hit the drive thru at McDonald’s, I ordered the the steak and egg with carmelized onions bagel, it should have a little bit more onions then it would really make a statement, it was delicious.

Don’t like the chemicals in their fries. I grew up with potato farms. The fries are great but pushing for unblemished potatos is ridiculous. Leave the skin on.
