Go back and tell Bryan that he gave me no receipt and that I had eaten the nachos already but I wanted my money back for the tacos,he told me since I had eaten half the meal that I could not get my money back, only thing he could do was have them make them again,I told him i honestly don’t trust that they would be made correct the second time,if not the first. He basically tells me thats my only option. (At this point i am feeling like a bother so i fold) I get the window and hand him the bag so he can see how they look,he says i can keep them because they can’t do anything with them,I still give them back….I just want correct, not free. I get my second bag and Bryan tells me there are extra Acacado sauces……….ok.
I pull into a space to check before I leave this time (still no receipt) the “made correctly” were still terrible. One taco still has no cheese on the shell and the second was literally in pieces like it was punched and the cheese was holding its pieces together.
Go around a second time and tell him I need him to find a way to give me my money back because what the heck is this!? Literally show him the pieces and this man has the nerve to ask me if I know how they chicken Cantina Tacos are made………yea I do! Not like this!
I need my receipt and my money back…..he then says he can give me a receipt but he does not know how to give me my money back when I ate half the meal. He then tells me he can print out my receipt and tells me I can speak to a Sonya tomorrow, she is a manager and might be able to help me. So I left with NO tacos and no refund and have to HOPE that i can get some help……..tomorrow.
Angel greeted me with an exceptionally warm and genuine smile, creating an atmosphere that felt both inviting and uplifting. His demeanor was remarkably courteous, and he carried himself with a calm, confident composure that instantly conveyed competence. Throughout the entire interaction, Angel showcased an impressive command of multitasking, effortlessly balancing efficiency with a thoughtful, individualized approach to customer care.
The precision with which he took my order was nothing short of meticulous. He listened intently, offered insightful recommendations, and ensured that every detail was accurate. His communication was clear, articulate, and refreshingly enthusiastic—qualities that are increasingly rare in today’s fast-paced environment.
Moreover, Angel exhibited a truly admirable dedication to quality. When my order was prepared, he double-checked each item to confirm everything was correct, demonstrating a profound sense of responsibility and pride in his work. It’s evident that he possesses an exceptional work ethic and a genuine commitment to elevating the guest experience.
What stood out even more was Angel’s natural ability to make each customer feel valued. His positive energy was contagious, and his sincere attentiveness created a sense of connection that transformed a simple fast-food visit into an unexpectedly delightful experience. His professionalism, paired with an authentically kind personality, reflects both excellent training and an innate talent for outstanding customer service.
In a world where exceptional service can often feel like a rarity, Angel distinguishes himself as a true asset to Taco Bell. His diligence, charisma, and unwavering dedication to excellence make him a shining example of what outstanding service looks like. I left the restaurant feeling thoroughly impressed, appreciative, and eager to return knowing that employees like Angel help cultivate such a welcoming environment.
Taco Bell is incredibly fortunate to have someone of Angel’s caliber on their team. I strongly encourage management to recognize and celebrate his exceptional contributions—because individuals like him elevate the entire brand.
When I do go it is usually packed!
Last time I went, my order was messed up,My food smelt burnt and something tasted off about my quesadilla (idk what but it was weird and I did not finish it) and it was cut like a child did it………I did not even go back to get a refund or get my food corrected because they were super busy and it took a while to get it in the first place. ♀️
This time I went and tried to get a quesadilla and tacos for the littles (the tacos were perfect!❤️) But THIS………WHO the hell is cutting/cooking these things? It’s not burnt but It smells burnt AGAIN and I am afraid that it is gonna be the same way as last time and I am afraid to even try it.
It does not make sense to me how anything was wrong with my food this time…….I was the ONLY person in there and a few cars in the drive thru.
On a lighter note, the manager and one of the guys who is usually at the register (or running orders) is super sweet but the quality of the food is gonna make it a No Go on my list.
