First of all, service here is very attentive! The atmosphere is quite intimate, so perfect for a relaxing meal with friends, family, or even alone if that’s your thing! Sushi is very fresh, and the prices give you great bang for buck. They even have lunch specials starting at 11am that typically come with your entree and a side of udon. Also, the parking lot has plenty of space with easy entry/exit. Highly recommend!

To make it short, look at the images of sea squirts. I have been eating sushi and sea squirts for the past 35 years, but I have never seen a sea squirt like this one, and its taste was awful, and it smelled different than usual. The color of it should not have appeared this way, and the taste was absolutely different than what I’ve been eating, so I informed the server, who kindly and politely apologized. It doesn’t seem fresh at all, and looks alike it was kept at an uneven temperature.
However, the chef, who seemed like an owner, came out and apologized, saying, “Yes, it came a week ago, and I’m so sorry. I noticed while I was slicing it, but WE DIDN’T HAVE ANY OTHER SUSHI TO SUBSTITUTE, so I had to serve it…..” ????!!!
Wow… They knew the food was not fresh but had no other food to substitute???
I dislike writing negative reviews, but I want to spare others from this unfortunate experience while dining with family and beloved ones. Also let the owners know the seriousness of keeping the food as fresh as possible, because it relates to individuals’ health.

The place was extremely clean, the portions were generous, and every dish was delicious. We ordered sashimi, and it was very fresh with absolutely no fishy smell. What stood out the most was the spicy fish stew—they added handmade dough pieces, and the broth was incredible. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

The sashimi platter was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of fish options. However, for someone sensitive to texture, some of the sushi was a bit challenging to eat due to the mix of soft, crunchy, and chewy pieces. Some flavors were incredibly bold and left me craving more. The service was excellent, though I did notice that the prices have increased significantly.
I was missing quite a few of my sides from the platter
Parking wasn’t ideal, and the lot on the side of the building felt a bit sketchy and unsafe.

The name says it’s all. Fish Market Resturant.
This mom and pop shop earned my business. We decided to come after eyeing it for a while. Inside, there’s an open kitchen with many fish tanks. The resturant is kind of small. Maybe 4 tables max. But a party up to 6 can dine comfortably.
The menu was in Korean but the owner was able to help us order. We ordered the sashimi platter for 2 people. This platter comes with various side dishes such as edamame, seaweed salad, fish pancake, fried napa pancakes, and mushroom.
The sashimi platter was really fresh and tasted sooo good. My only complaint with the platter is the sashimi selection. While I don’t mind eating anything that was served, the resturant should offer more sashimi options.

Visited here with my family for a 2021 farewell dinner all the way from Memphis TN. I knew this was a no frills whole in the wall place, the tsukidashi offered exceeded our expectations and was all very good. Sashimi was fresh and very delicious but the highlight was the maeuntang and wow it was one of the best dining experiences for us in the last few months. I’m seriously contemplating driving 7 hours every month just to have good authentic Korean Sashimi experience, because we don’t have anything like this where I’m from (Memphis, TN) Thanked and saluted the owner chef and his wife for the dining experience and unforgettable New Years Eve 🙂 Cheers !

You cannot find a korean restaurant like here. The sea pineapple is definitely special to a person who is not a Korean. I come to this place whenever I am in Atlanta. Its interior design maybe too down to earth compared to other Korean restaurants in town, but don’t judge a book by its cover.
P.S. I don’t know Korean. The menu is in Korean only.

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. If you expect fancy interior and decorated side dishes, you shouldn’t be there. But if you are real mania for fish, don’t miss the chance to try..
