I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. On May 26 at 12:30 am, I ordered a loaded beef nachos. While I have been a loyal customer of yours for some time, the portion size I received was significantly smaller than what I would expect, particularly considering the size of the container it was served in. This discrepancy created a negative and unsatisfactory dining experience.
Given my history as a regular customer, I was surprised and frankly, disheartened by the apparent inconsistency in portion sizes. I value your establishment and its reputation but, based on this experience, I will unfortunately be unable to continue frequenting your restaurant until this matter is addressed.
I hope you will consider my feedback constructively and take steps to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.

Came to the restaurant at 9:55 pm. They stated the lobby closes at 10:00pm. A guy was allowed to dine in after 10:00 pm. I asked if I could sit in the same area as that guy. That employee told me the dining room was closed. I couldn’t understand why someone else was allowed to do so. I have my beliefs however. The funny thing is the same employee that told me the dining room was closed let a lady in the front door after ten.

First of all I went inside and decided to order some food. The manager or what seems like took my order and mid order she left me while I haven’t finished ordering. I ordered a crunch wrap and two burritos which I finished without being full. I’m very upset, you can treat me poorly, that’s fine. But at least make my food up to the standard. There was not enough steak on my crunch wrap. Like at least half of the wrap was filled with chips. Like the feeling of you having to bite 2 or 3 bites to get the steak is really not making me happy. That’s the main reason for this review.

PLEASE ORDER ONLINE TO AVOID LINES LIKE THIS!! Love this location & team! After 9pm until close/1am, this place is BUSY. No one is ordering on the app & takes forever for everyone to recite their whole order over the intercom while the person is making orders & working the window. Come before close at 1:30am, I came at 1:15am, sat in line for 10 minutes, then got to the window and they said they were closed with 5 cars in the drive thru at 125am. Again, food is great & employees are lovely, just customers aren’t ordering ahead or at least while they’re waiting in line for 30mins, so be prepared to wait.

While ordering in the drive-thru, we were trying to switch beef to chicken and they just said pulled up to the next window mid sentence. Once we got to the window they were disrespectful and rude because I asked for the change and they asked us to go inside to pick up our food like if they couldn’t give it to us thru the window. This was a shitty place to go too, we attempted to be nice and respectful but they completely yelled at us for holding up the line. This is not our fault, this is the employees fault
