They initially refused to take my order, had to use the self-checkout. Since I placed my own order, I knew it was correct but, they still missed 4 items. Food was about as you’d expect from Taco Bell. It is far from the best Mexican food but, I’m a glutton for punishment I guess.

We were 3rd in line at the drive thru. Took us about 20 min to get our food. When we got to the window, the cashier was quick to take our payment but we still waited a extra 6 min to receive our food. As we started eating the portions on each were very slim in comparison to other locations. And food was already cold. We will not be returning.

The employee named Jerell was the most rudest person I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant and had us waiting in a 20 minute line after taking my card for payment & gave me no receipt. Our food was cold & incorrect. I’m so disappointed in the lack of care he had for all 12 customers including us in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. What a waste of money time & money. Do Not Go to this Taco Bell!

Taco bell has cut way back on meat in tacos and charges for tomatoes. $26 for 12 tacos. If I combine all the meat out all 12, it would made 4 good tacos. Will never spend my money on this mess again. This should be a zero star review. Also, people are rude at window.

This is just a reminder! I get it you guys close at 1. I’m fully aware when it’s close to closing time I work at a restaurant as a server. Tonight I ended up rushing there and pulled up at 12:54 with 6 mins to spare. To be honest my order would have been done before closing time. Now I understand people wanna get home things like that. I don’t think it’s fair when looking online let’s say at 12:45 and it said closing soon. Closing soon isn’t closed. I didn’t arrive after 1 nor on the dot at 1. I’m frustrated as I was trying to just get some soft tacos. Its not something complicated it wouldn’t take more than 5 mins of your time. So if Taco Bell’s owner sees this please remind your employees they can stop taking orders when they’re closed at the correct time. As a server if a customer walks in let’s say 8:50 when we close at 9 we still would give that customer service. I shouldn’t of been leaving empty handed when I was there before 1 but that’s just my opinion. Ok thank you.

Visiting from New York we went here for a quick late night snack ….. this Taco Bell would not cut it in New York! We had to send all our food back bc none of the cheese was melted the food was handed to us barely warm GROSS! Just keep driving don’t go here!

Absolutely disappointing!! Me and my wife are currently on vacation here at rehoboth Beach and we decided to order from here. Big mistake and an immense waste of our time and money. We ordered through door dash and we had not received certain items of our order and did not receive any sauces. The tacos were severely lacking in the ingredients they are to be filled with. Tortilla was not tasting or looking too fresh. I expected alot better from a vacation oriented area. Taco bell in Pennsylvania where we are from beats this one’s quality by a landslide, it’s really no competition, this is the result of careless work and laziness. I’ll be sure to inform anyone I know to avoid this establishment at all costs due to the low quality of the food. Save your money for something actually worth it.
