I also picked up a refreshing strawberry acai lemonade for the kids. The barista’s exceptional service made the ordering process a breeze, and it was clear they take pride in what they do.
Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the server offered me a raccoon cake pop. Intrigued, I accepted, and let me tell you, it was a delightful surprise! The kids adored it, their faces lighting up as they enjoyed this whimsical treat.

Sharing my experience after being at this store for more than 10 times . i usually visit this store during my game. days during weekends mostly afternoons , have always have to wait 20-30 mins in the store after ordering in advance . total time spent about 40-45 mins waiting get a coffee and a snack . Have tried to be patient and considerate , but after so many chances it feels like it’s a chronic issue and needs to be fixed by the management.

Well, I am having to retract my last review. I had a really good experience this morning. Even though it was 5:45 am, staff was very friendly and helpful (I am not an expert on the Starbucks lingo) when asked about the size of my drink, Michelle saw my anxiety on what to say and she made it simple for me, “large medium or small” and she got my name spelled right!!!

Normally I have to buy extra caramel drizzle because they barely give you any but this place gave me the perfect amount even though I did pay for extra caramel drizzle.

I called the Starbucks in Sand Springs recently to ask if I could post flyers for my local car wash business. The supervisor I spoke with hung up on me without answering my question or explaining why. I was surprised and disappointed by how abruptly the call ended. I understand if they can’t allow flyers, but I would have appreciated a polite response. Customer respect goes a long way, and I hope future interactions are more positive

Came through drive through not feeling the best as it’s early and just been so hectic lately. Then Had my order taken by the nicest person i’ve met!! Her name is Stephanie!! She was so kind and upbeat completely uplifted our whole day!!! I am not a fan of this place but i will 100% go back if she is going to be there!
