Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, no cars infront of me. I finally got tired of waiting and went around the restaurant to see if anyone was even by the order screen. There was, and then when track thru just to see them taking an order. Then I get my food, got home, opened it, and saw this. Supposed to be a Gordita crunch. Barely any meat, only lettuce. Also, it was cold. Same for the other one too.

This Taco Bell in Camden, DE is hands down the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced in my life — and that’s saying something. Every. Single. Time. I come here, my order is wrong. Not once in a while. Not occasionally. Every time.

It’s like reading the screen is an optional skill here. The instructions are literally right in front of them, yet somehow they still manage to mess it up. Missing items, wrong items, completely ignoring customizations — it’s almost impressive how consistently bad this place is.

The employees clearly do not care, and the management is even worse. No accountability, no effort, no improvement. You could come here ten times, order the same thing, and get ten different wrong orders.

If you enjoy wasting money, time, and patience, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and drive to literally any other Taco Bell on Earth. This location is an embarrassment to the brand.

We’ve visited this location four different times and each time ordered tacos with beans instead of beef. We made the substitution request clearly when ordering and repeated it again at the window, even asking staff to double-check, and every time we still recieved beef tacos.

Being vegetarian isn’t a new concept!

I understand occaisonal mistakes happen, but repeated order errors after confirming at pickup is frustrating. If you have dietary preferences or restrictions, definately check your order before leaving.

Hoping this location can tighten up order accuracy going forward, because when the order is right, the food is good.

I paid full price for the $9 luxe cravings box for two tacos and one burrito and cinnamon twist. I waited a long time in line and got this instead. The chips tasted stale also.

2/1/26 Ordered 2 Cheesy Gordita crunch for lunch. It did not contain any cheddar cheese no soft flat bread on the outside no pepper jack cheese and no spicy ranch. They basically took 2 crunchy tacos and wrapped two burned soft taco shells around them. This is my favorite taco bell item so i know what they are suppose to taste and look like. Then the total that I was given was totally different when I got to the window. The cashier at the window makes two drinks and is holding one up against her body wrapped in her arm to hand them to me very un sanitary. Recieved no napkins and no straws and had a attitude because I asked for mild sauce. It’s very disappointing this place has gone down hill and I wont spend any more money their again

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered nachos TWICE on 2 different apps in the same night… First time it never showed and the 2nd time they tried to pass off a partial bag of chips and a cup of cheese. When I called to complain they claimed I ordered wrong and that’s exactly what nachos are.. however there was a separate option for chips and cheese that I DID NOT pick. They also failed to deliver 6 tacos when ordered too. This store can never get an order right. Find a different location if you’re hungry.

This is the 2nd time this week I’ve come to this location and asked if they had the Doritos Gordita Crunch, to which they say yes, and then I received the normal Gordita crunch. Today, I also ordered the avocado ranch chicken stacker and it had the tiniest bit of sauce on it, and they forgot my cheese curds. Its disappointing to see this location gradually go downhill

This location is awful. I keep trying to go back and give it another shot but it gets worse every time. This time I was in a rush so I didn’t check my order until I went in but I drove up to the ordering thing at the drive through and sat there for 5 min before I just drove to the window because I said “hello?” A bunch of times in the speaker with no answer. There was nobody in front of me and they weren’t busy so I’m not sure what was going on. So I pull up and order 2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos, an order of fries, a soda and the mini Crunchwrap sliders. They told me they don’t have the sliders anymore and at that point I didn’t have the menu in front of me and I had already wasted so much time I just told them to forget it. Then I pay and get my order, drive home, and the bag had a half full order of cold fries and 2 I guess beef tacos? Nobody in my family likes the beef tacos so we trashed everything including the cold fries. What a frustrating experience. I would post my receipt but they also never gave me that. Terrible.

I don’t know what kind of operation they’re running at Taco Bell in Camden, DE, but today’s experience was awful. First, they don’t take online orders. Second, they said they couldn’t take credit cards and needed exact change bc they supposedly didn’t have change. Finally, they said they don’t do the Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Box, that I was going to order online in the first place. I decided to not purchase anything. They need to get it together. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service there and they close early all the time bc they run out of stuff. Very disappointing visit. After I wrote all this, your site directed me to another page bc it was a Taco Bell/KFC and I had to rewrite all this over again!!

What the hell! They did not give me a receipt. So, they made me wait 40 minutes in the parking lot for my food (which I did make a large order) I went inside to figure out where the hell my food was, they told me someone came in and took it. I wanted a refund, but because they didn’t give me a receipt and I waited patiently for my food, too many people had ordered and they couldn’t pull up my order in the system. The manager came out and told me that they’d fast track my order….they shoved my large order into ONE god for loving bag. 12 smushed soft tacos, a smushed soggy Mexican pizza, a crushed hard tacos, and a quesadilla that was crumbled and shoved in the bag…. Never in my life, is it that hard to put food in two bags?!?
