As someone who’d ate Vietnamese 1-2 times a month for over ten years, at dozens of different places, I don’t even know where to begin with this place.

I ordered take out to eat in the car while the rest of the family went to McDonald’s during lunch break from Hurricane Harbor and was super excited to try this out.

My ‘go to’ is always a Vermicelli Bowl, with fish sauce and hoisen on the side to pour in to taste. First off, I asked if it comes with Hoisen, they said no just fish sauce, I asked if I could get a side of hoisen as well(like every other place has always just thrown in) , and they charged an extra dollar. I asked for a side of Sriracha as well, guess what, another dollar. For the sauces that are sitting on the table for free should I have ate in. That in itself was the first slap the the face, the second came when I got to the car and the fish sauce wasn’t even in the bag. So they charged me extra for what everyone else gives for free everytime and didn’t even include what they were supposed to include. The next piece was the beef, they used a cut of meat filled with chewy pieces that half of them you can’t even swallow. The other half of beef that were edible is part of second star I’m giving because it was good.

The next piece in both the vermicelli bowl and the spring rolls, that really ruined the meal, in a few different ways, was that the vermacelli was actually hot. Never in my life have I had a Vietnamese restaurant serve me hot vermacelli either in the bowl or in the spring rolls. You can take a guess at what hot vermacelli will do to a rice paper wrap. Honestly just burnt through it. The lettuce was completely soggy by the time I got my meal. I don’t know if that cook/chef is new, or that is just how this place serves their vermacelli. If it is, they’ve obviously never had good Vietnamese. The peanut sauce was too thin and lacked the proper flavour as well. Overall, the veggies were fresh and the taste was ok, just honestly the worst Vietnamese I’ve ever had, and still glad I didn’t have to eat McDonald’s.

They also told me the wait would be ten minutes, maybe 15 at most. It was 25 minutes and not one other order went out between when I order and received the food. I won’t be coming back.

First time here and we tried 3 dishes; steak pho, pork banh mi, and chicken fried noodles. Banh mi was very good, but a bit in the small side. Banh mi junior lol. Pho was solid and I’m not sure I love Pho but it was good for Pho. If you’re a pho fan, you’ll enjoy it. Finally the noodles were surprisingly good. Everyone liked those.
They gave us a sample of a new dish they were trying out and none is us loved it, but it was pretty cool they let us try it out.

This is a very tasty place, I would definitely come back! The egg noodles were amazing, the chicken was exceptional and the portions were very generous. However, the Bahn Mi was much smaller than expected and was more of an appetizer than a meal. (Also this bone thing looked amazing, but I have no idea how to eat bone marrow!)

Great broth but an absurd amount of noodles, even after removing half there was more than a normal Pho would have. After removing excess noodles the broth was not visible, had to order a side of broth. Meatballs were good, steak was a little tough. Egg rolls were good. May go back but order ¹/3 of the amount of noodles.

Excellent spot, the staff is incredible and the food is always great! I love knowing it will be piping hot and perfect every time I order! I get the steak pho, with extra limes. One of my go-to’s, especially in the winter! I’ve tried a few other locations and they’re great too!

Pho broth was great, service was great too. But unfortunately the noodles were so stiff that they broke when I tried to loosen them from the bundle. So I had to eat a bowl of torn noodles… Very sad.

Last time I was here a couple of weeks ago I said, they’re going to close. The owner had made rice for the day in the morning. The waitress knew that it hadn’t been cooked correctly and gave it to me anyway, terrible texture. Then tried to give me fried rice, used the same rice. It was a disaster. They can’t make a fresh spring roll with shrimp and pork, because there’s nowhere for it on the computer button. It’s all laughable. Looks like they’re temporarily closed, whatever that means. I was so excited when they opened. Sad.

Love this place. It’s now my go-to for Pho in the area. Really good portion for the price! The last 3 times I was here, I got too excited and forgot to take photos. Rare for me

Solid refreshers, boba, wings and rolls too!

Edit: i made it back for another trip and took a photo of my Brisket Pho. 10/10

Good food, loved the grilled chicken spring rolls. Pho was good chicken in 8a could use a little more flavor but over all was good. Solid 3.5 starts wish they had a changing table in the restroom for little ones. My daughter loves noodles whole reason we stopped to give it a try was for her.
