I ignored the bad reviews in hopes that it was a single experience. Well, listen to those reviews folks. I paid $20 for a chicken quesadilla and black bean Crunchwrap. It’s like there was no chicken and no beans in my order. What a waste of money and time.

Usually only go here if I need something quick for lunch but this is annoying at this point. Everytime I am there the portions are horrible. It’s all tortilla with a little bit of filling. No customer server other than one long haired manager, everyone else just sticks their hand out and walks away. Corporate needs to pay them a visit.

Totally rude service. Made mistake ordered wrong taco. Forced to pay twice. Little kid really upset & dissapointed. Dirty. Never clean. Always a screw up at drive thru. Go to a different Taco Bell or better yet order pizza. If i could give less then 1 star i would!

Service was great for drive thru. Ordered a luxe box on my lunch break, ate it all, then got so sick I had to go home 20 minutes later. Would not recommend unfortunately.

Not a bad Taco Bell location. At least the dining room was open for lunch. They try to force you to use the kiosk to order like most fast food restaurants, but they will take your order at the counter if you wait. I ordered online and they were friendly when they gave me my drink and food. The combo box I ordered was decently priced and the items were made well. I enjoyed the cheesy potatoes, and their Mountain Dew was really good. My co-worker ordered from the kiosk and was surprised at how much he spent for a few tacos!

I’ve ever seen a taco bell give such little meat on their items. Time after time. Owner clearly just boosting profits. Avoid this location at all costs

[UPDATE] Google won’t let me write another review, so I’m adding to this catastrophe of a restaurant. Picture in your mind nine vehicles lined up and not moving, with the last vehicle hanging into North Wales Road. The vehicle at the front waits about five full minutes before proceeding. The next vehicle does the same. After about 20 minutes in line, it’s my turn. I wait… A few minutes pass… I beep my horn… A couple more minutes pass… I beep again… Nothing… I then decide to find out what’s going on. The window has a note that they won’t be open until 4pm. This means that all other customers will experience exactly what I did when they patiently wait for a non-existent employee to take their order. I ended up driving around and altering each person that this place was closed. They all drove off after seeing the note for themselves. Then, you guessed it, more cars pulled up to repeat this disaster. I drove to the nearest Taco Bell in Lansdale and they had a line out to the street as well. Hopefully, they’re actually open.
“Clearly understaffed. Waited seven minutes for the line to move enough to order and another five to get to the window for our order. At least three cars behind us got out of line and sped off. Guy at the window was in a super bad mood. I can’t say I wouldn’t feel the same in his shoes. We had to guess that we had everything in the bag because he never said anything. No “thank you” or “have a nice night”. Order was rushed, broken tacos with little filling.”

this chain location is good! they pay attention to orders, place is spacious for dine in, has good parking space and quick food! 😀
