Service was great, store is clean, food was awful. Only thing decent was the simplest item, the basic taco. Do yourself a favor, stick to just a taco or a doritos locos taco.

Everyone there is so nice, especially the woman who I think is the manager. I have interacted with her both in the drive thru and in house. She is always accommodating and always smiling. Such a pleasure to deal someone who likes her job and lets it show. Will continue to frequent this Taco Bell. Thanks to you!

Good food, quick service. I went through drive thru and they forgot my straw so I needed to go inside to get one. Yes I know this is a 1st world problem but being a drive thru I wasn’t planning to get out of the car. The chicken chalupas and crunch wrap were great. The hard shell Taco looked like it was dropped before it was wrapped but still hit the spot. Would recommend this location and will return.

I ordered 2 vegetarian Mexican pizza, I clarified and it was on the recipe. My total was 13.74. They messed up both of them by adding meat to it, we had to drive back 25 minutes back and after returned they put a small piece of chicken on both pizzas. When we opened it at the place(1700 N. Broad St. Lansdale , PA 19446)we did not see it because it was a small piece but when we got home in the light we noticed it. I find it extremely disappointing/ disrespectful that they did not take any seriousness towards my religion. I called back to ask why they messed with my 2 order and they hung up both my calls. I have the receipt and picture proof of this. They ruined not only the first time but the second order as well. This was near closing time so we could not go back, because of late night ruined our dinner. This particular store is becoming a big problem for our people. i know nothing is going to be done but taco bell as a franchise should take other religions seriously and properly handle this kind of situations.

This place is the dirtiest restaurant i have ever been in the staff dont clean much its filthy.
Please watch the videos there are two of them. Good tacos it stinks I have to check out myself instead of an employee doing it for me and you know I was always told that you can judge how good a restaurant is by how clean the bathrooms and kitchens are well please take a look at my video it is of the bathroom at the taco bell in lansdale Pennsylvania I must say this place was absolutely disgusting and to think the staff uses this restroom and walk back to the kitchen with urine all over there shoes.yuk oh the kitchen floor wasn’t much better

I’m vegetarian and misordered online by putting meat in my food. They remade it for me no questions asked or extra charge.

It meant a lot to me as I just got off a long work shift and pretty much used the last of my paycheck to feed myself for the night. Thank you so much.

middle of my food was cold gave me one less, half filled my fries, drive thru was good besides taking minutes to come out and if it’s going to take long at least do it correct went in a few days ago mcdonald’s would never and there was hair on my fries and also the dollar i got back has stuff on it

I ordered about $20 worth of food. When it arrived my nacho fries are half empty. I got like 10 fries. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD! The cheese sauce was almost hardened. I never got a straw, or any of the sauces I ordered. The only saving grace is the dude that answered the phone at the store. He was cool and polite. Door dash was straight up disrespectful!!! They gave me a number to get a refund bc he can’t do it (they were closed even though taco bell is open til 12am). So I called back and got some rude girl with attitude. I requested it be resent the food bc it is too cold to eat and I paid for hot food. She then said she can’t send it out. I asked why she can’t and she just sighed and said she just can’t, and that she will process a 50% discount(not acceptable, I ordered from somewhere else). I said I want a full refund bc my food is cold. So she decided to give it to me. Then I asked if I can get that in an email and she just hung up on me. This is not acceptable. The beefy 5 layer burrito has almost no meat in it at all. Wasn’t taco bell just sued for this?

Came here on my lunch break. Ordered on the kiosk for takeout. When I arrived back at my job, I saw that not only were the utensils and sauces missing from my order, but my one item was also burnt on both the outside and inside. I was unable to eat one item from my order due to the missing utensils, as my job doesn’t supply utensils in the break room and I did not have time to return to the restaurant or go purchase a fork somewhere else, as ridiculous as that option is. Very disappointing experience.

Order # 288, cashier Andrew L , order 51e30d. I had a really bad experience at this Taco Bell. When I walked in, nobody greeted me or even said hi. I didn’t feel welcome at all. On top of that, the person taking my order was rude and made me feel like I was bothering them. I also had to wait way too long for my food, which just made everything worse. Very disappointing service — definitely not what I expect when I go out to eat.
