Drive through order was for Nacho bell Grande, nothing Grande about it. Didn’t even fill the container with nachos. I counted the nachos just to see how many they actually gave me. 19 I understand it cost just under $7 but nachos are so cheap. I should have ordered 2 side nachos and a taco.

As far as Taco Bell goes, this location has been pretty consistent. Any fast food restaurant is wildly dependent on the workers they have on-hand for a given day, but you normally get a sense of what their average is after a while. I’d say this location is good on average. This means typically the food I order is correct, it tastes how I would expect, and there have even been some workers asking how I was doing, which is pretty rare.

This is the worst steak burrito I ever had. I couldn’t let it slide so I had to wait in the drive thru again for a refund. I was going to be cool about it but they tried to play me for a fool so now I’m going all out and complaining to corporate. I always have bad experiences at this location but it’s been awhile since I was here so I figured I would give them a chance again but they are worse now than before. They all be goofing off and laughing at me but they wasn’t laughing when I refused to move from the drive thru until I spoke to the rude manager and finally got my refund after a few minutes of arguing. Very un professional here and everyone looked extra dirty in there. Something has to be done about this location. They just can’t get right.

These pictures will tell you everything you need to know. I literally asked my wife if this is a new “baby” burrito as it’s supposed to be a cheesy bean and rice burrito. The Doritos Locos taco had no sleeve, was soft, and not enjoyable. We were ripped off tonight and honestly just fed up with Taco Bell as this wasn’t the first time we’ve been unsatisfied with their quality of food. There’s no pride taken in preparing the food and it shows.

We arrived at closing time and were going to order something to take away, when a girl from the staff closed the door in the face of my 6-year-old daughter (the one who wanted to eat) without saying a word and my daughter began to cry. She must have had the delicacy to talk to us, because she didn’t know it was closing time and customers were leaving.

Ordered food from this location via App. The Taco Bell app says you can dine in and pick it up inside. But when you get there, there’s a giant line outside drive-through only. Took 41 mins today. I will never return to the slow it was horrible service.

The order was completely wrong. Order the melt box and didnt even get the melt in the box. The food I received instead was not even cooked or made correctly. Fully staffed and there was no line but they couldnt even cook the taco?! Disappointing!
