Ordered two power bowls to go with EXTRA chicken. So disappointing to open when I got home: instead of extra chicken there was barely any an the combined ingredient’s were less than an inch deep barely covering the bottom of the dish… all for $20+. Pitiful

I wish there was negative rating. Most ridiculous management and carelessness. The store manager is rude and does not even own upto their mistakes. Multiple times had issues with store gave stale food, wrong orders. Anytime you bring issues to their attention they react like I will have someone call you but nothing I can do. At least you can pay attention to the food that you are preparing. Need more customer oriented management and staff.

A nice and convenient Taco Bell. The store itself has the newer look and I found it to be pleasantly clean. There is decent seating on the inside and plenty of parking in the parking lot. They have a drive-thru which I have found to be rather quick. The food has always met my expectations.

Placed order via app for chile verde fries with black beans and no meat…. guess what i paid $5 for 8 piece of fries, some black beans, drops of verde sauce, spoon full of sour cream. … 2nd item was enchirito (veg) swapping meat with black beans, however they added beef even though i selected option to swap beef with black beans.

This hurts me to write because I absolutely love taco bell, but this taco bell has really dropped off in quality as of late. If it’s not egregious wait times, it’s poor food quality and underfilled, undercooked, floppy burritos. Every single time I have a negative experience at this taco bell, I see the same old man working the drive through. They really need to get rid of him
Edit: i went back and got this poor excuse for a soft taco, i guess 3 small potatoes, cheese, and lettuce are what passes for a taco at this taco bell now

This Taco Bell used to be the best. About 6 months before the pandemic a lot of the really good workers left. Since then it has been going down hill. If i pay for extra lettuce I rarely get it. Many times the black beans are forgotten in my power bowl. I usually don’t mind too much because I will call/go back and get a credit for next time.
Tonight the black beans were missing from my power bowl. When I called and spoke to the employee that took my order, he didn’t believe me. I brought him my food back (uneaten). He saw the beans were missing but he suggested this happens often. And I agreed that it does. He said “yes, but I don’t see it this often”, like he was implying I was making it up.I believe it happens more often than he knows because not many people waste their time to call about an incorrect order like I do. Any time my order is incorrect I offer to bring it back uneaten or take a picture to prove it. The employees are getting my order wrong very often but this worker made me feel like I am the one who is wrong here. I understand mistakes happen. All I want it the correct item that I order.
I will not be coming back here any time soon.

This location used to be my favorite I don’t know what’s happening with it lately. Was so excited for the rice and beans and added cheese. Cup was half full and rice was burnt to a crisp. Cheese also was missed. But the rice was so burnt it was inedible. Someone also had a hard time centering taco innards which isn’t an issue just funny.
