Make sure to order inside if you want your order to be correct. They’re using an Ai assistant at the drive through and most of the time it screws up. Example, I got 4 different burritos last time I ordered and added steak to all of them. Not only didn’t I get the steak on them, thanks to the Ai assistant I also had the seasoned beef removed from them, which they were all supposed to have seasoned beef too. So if you do order at the drive through double check your order

As far as fast food goes, the food is decent. Resturant and restrooms are always clean. Service for getting it fast tends to be lacking. 15 minutes is typical in the lobby,but once waited over 30 minute in the drive-thru. I usually am only here when my teenage daughter requests it because Taco Bell’s social media team is clearly crushing it!

I don’t even know what to say. The food was disgusting. I mean it’s taco bell but… everything was soggy. The crunch wrap tasted like drinking vegetable oil it was absolutely disgusting. I have no idea what was wrong with it but everyone that got one threw it away. Not sure I’ve ever thrown an entire bag of fast food away.
Additionally, they have a new automated drive through where you’re not talking to a human. It’s like talking to one of the automated phone prompts that never works. It couldn’t get anything right. It caused more delays and issues and in the end had to talk to a human anyway.
Will never be back to this one ever. Absolutely gross

I have a certain food allergy and I always order my food exclusively without it and even double check it, and I placed an order here and they put the one thing on there along with the alternatives that I put in replace of it. Now not only is it wasted food, but I can’t eat tonight because the food i ordered Is contaminated with my allergen. This has happened multiple times. They are very un organized and I highly suggest going somewhere else and if you must have tacos go to moes down the street, or Dickson city where they actually have organization and atleast half a brain cell.

Ordered a 5 layer burrito no sour cream extra nacho cheese and get a normal one instead and 2 burrito supremes no beef no sour cream and get 2 bean burritos with a literal pinch of lettuce. Completely not happy. UPDATE. We called and made our complaint that night and when we went back the next day for our replacement food my 5 layer had a bundle of hairs in it. Never eating from this store again.

Absolutely disappointing experience—will not return.
We stopped in after a funeral hoping for a quick and easy meal. There were three adults and one child in our group. Upon arrival, not a single employee greeted us or was available at the ordering counter. Despite staff making eye contact, we were completely ignored for nearly 15 minutes. Ultimately, we used the self-service kiosk, which was frustrating since we weren’t familiar with the menu.
The food quality was a letdown. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme that arrived soggy and barely warm. We spent over $40, including upcharges for sour cream and guacamole—which turned out brown and came in shockingly small portions. The chicken nuggets were overcooked, dry, and unappetizing. To make things worse, some of the sauces weren’t clearly labeled as spicy, which ruined my daughter’s meal. Most of our food ended up in the trash.
To top it off, we had to bring our receipt back just to clarify what we were even served—it was a whole ordeal.
I used to love Taco Bell, but this visit was enough to convince me not to return.

Placed a mobile order tonight and in my DLT, there was a literal piece of plastic. Called the store to inform them and instead of the manager trying to fix the situation or even simply apologizing, she insinuated I was lying and argued with me that there is no way plastic could’ve been in my taco because they “follow certain procedures” and kept saying how confused she was that it was in my taco. As if I’m not just as confused, I paid for food that is now ruined and she acted like replacing my food or apologizing came out of her pay. I NEVER mentioned a refund, I brought it to their attention so it wouldn’t happen to another customer but clearly they don’t care.
