Well it’s what it is, a fast food chicken place. Can’t expect much I guess. Business was clean and service was courteous and fast, but the food,,,,,, . The chicken tenders had no crispiness as all and were barely warm. The “just add water” mashed potatoes were not good but the gravy saved them. Sides were small. The best tasting thing on the tray was the biscuit. Oh -well needed something quick and that’s what I got, quick and cold. Meal was $15.00. Not likely to be back.

Tenders were warm at best. Staff couldn’t follow what was ordered. No dipping sauce for all 3 meals. No large corn for the family. Oh and since you drove away and didn’t notice it, then oh well it is your fault. Employees should have enough integrity and self respect to do their job accurately. That burden should not be on the customer nor should the disrespectful accusations that the customer somehow stole what was missing from the order in the 5 minutes it took you to go back around and confront them about it.

I got in line to order. I was the only person in line. I waited for at least 5 minutes and not one employee acknowledged or asked if I needed help. I finally said excuse me, is someone going to come to the counter. The employee working the drive through looked at me and said no. I replied what do you mean no? He said we are short staffed. So I am said ok well then is someone going to come help me and he said no. I couldn’t believe it. I was shocked that they would treat a customer like that. I walked out without ordering nor will I ever go there again. Terrible, terrible customer service.

I ordered on the app which suggested food would be ready in 5-15 minutes. After driving to the restaurant I waited about 25 minutes before going inside to find out why they never brought the food out after they had me park in front. It had been sitting there ready for who knows how long.
I was then told they weren’t serving drinks and was given a bottle of water in place of large drinks. They refused to refund anything or make it right.
The food along with the service was terrible. The chicken was as if it had been sealed off in a plastic bag straight out of the fryer (spongy and soggy) Along with the attitude from the manager they also were walking all over a box of product (plastic utensils) that spilled all over the work floor (too lazy to pick it up)
When I told the manager the place won’t survive if the service doesn’t get better she walked away making comments clearly not giving a shit about running a place people would want to return to.

I don’t know why this happens ever day from 3 to 5 i guess they save a couple buck by not having employees there but they are always short on help, out of chicken and the wait it awful. If you go into the lobby the service is the worst maybe go to the drive thru and then bring your food inside if you would like to be served in order. The manager is just rude.I always think about this is i have the urge to go back and it’s always the same

Placed order in the app around 8:20 pm went over 30 minutes later after the app said the order was done. After going inside the person in charge said that he had already done last call and wasn’t able to fill my order of chicken tenders. Most tenders take less than 10 minutes to cook. They close at 10pm. They couldn’t even refund my order.

Always have to call back for missing items. Always the manager gets prissy on the phone and makes you go back same day of issue regardless of distance to travel back to store.
Poor managment!!! 0/10 the rest of staff are great you just have terrible managers here who need to be mandated to go to people person skills classes. They are a shame on the KFC brand! And a retraining is needed for them to understand when I spend over 60$ at your store I expect everything I order not a partial order!

My wife and I came here hoping to get a quick bite. Typically I understand when a restaurant is slow at 5:00pm because of the rush but hardly anyone was there. They offer an all you can eat buffet too which could have been great. My wife ordered the buffet and I ordered a 2 piece meal. She had the last piece of chicken that was up there and was waiting for more to come out. I sat for 25 minutes waiting for my food which wasn’t even hot. My wife continued to wait for more chicken. So did everyone else that came in after us to get the buffet. After finishing my food, my wife continued waiting. 44 minutes after being there, they finally brought out more food to the buffet. I thought this couldn’t be right so I compared the time to my receipt and sure enough, it took 44 minutes. It only took a couple minutes for the buffet to be empty again and some of the people waiting didn’t get any. We weren’t waiting again for her to get more. Next time she plans on getting the 2 piece meal. It’s cheaper and way more food overall. Just kidding, there won’t be a next time.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, I stood in place waiting to place my order for about 10 mins without any acknowledgement from any staff there, I finally spoke up and was ignored until I spoke up again where the girl spoke into the mic to have someone else come take my order. From that point on the lady aggressively placed my drink on the counter, I got a quarter of the fries that usually come in the fry box and she he shittiest pieces of chicken they could find. Sorry you had to do your job but if customers service is gonna be this shitty bc I spoke up then I won’t come back. Should be no stars for rating.
