My boyfriend and I stopped here while on a road trip to NYC from Ohio and we both agreed this was hands down the best Taco Bell we’ve ever been to. The atmosphere was perfect, and so clean! The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. So fresh!! Our nachos were not soggy, and neither was our mexican pizza! Nothing we ordered was disappointing!

Went throught the drive thru. Friendly speedy service. Food was fresh and hot. Had to loop around again they forgot my hot sauce but were very apologetic and gave me extra.

I got a taco with extra meat and it came out with light meat and I got a frozen drink and it tasted water down so talk about if you could please and thank you. Just like fix your tacos actually put extra meat and give us our first drinks right away I’m just holding them back there because mine was all melted when I got it.

The cooks were moving quickly but the other workers were just standing around not helping. The cooks actually had to tell them to get our drinks a few times. Food was good, service was slow.

Hit or miss on how you food is made here. I have been disappointed a few times. Store is clean and staff is friendly. I would suggest checking your order before you leave. They seem to like to skimp when feeding you.

Since when do you serve pedestrians at the drive through? Its packed with kids running around. Super unsafe.
And my tacos had about a teaspoon of meat in them. And just as little of everything else.
I guess they’re more worried about serving kids on bikes in the drive through than they are making their food correctly. Oh, and the shells weren’t even toasted. That stale/soggy taste/texture, like right from the package at the store. I mean, this is taco bell. We’re not expecting much. The bar is set pretty low. But this store still managed to disappoint.
