The food is amazing but when ordering a big order later at night, they just forgot my boyfriend‘s burrito. Honestly, it’s very simple food and it’s honestly disappointing as to them forgetting that burrito. Along with that, they are a very slow business. You think for a very popular consistent franchise, they would continue with that consistency of being fast and quick such as the name of fast food joint. Just want them to get better, not even hating.

When we pulled up to the drive through there were only 3 cars ahead of us. We had no idea then that it was going to take 15 minutes or more per car. They didnt even start making our food until 10 minutes after we were sitting at the window and there was NOONE in the restaurant customer wise. The food was very hot and prepared as soon right as it was ready to be handed to me. We split a steak quesadilla that was honestly the best steak quesadilla I ever had. I also got a soft taco. The taco shell was stale most of the ingredients of the taco were actually outside of the taco and the wrapper wasn’t “wrapped” so the taco ingredients that weren’t inside the taco to begin with ended up mostly at the bottom of the bag. This is my 2nd time here. I got the same order both times. Easy order straight-forward, 1 steak quesadilla and 1 soft taco. The first time I waited for 2 hours this time took an hr 15 min. I’m not sure what is going on at this location but I do not have the kind of time to spend waiting in line all day. It takes less time and gas to drive to another taco bell location

Ordered food through their app at 4:30 for a quick bite before some evening activities with our toddler.. After 15 minutes we got to the area and drove over and sat in the parking lot waiting for the “order ready” and never got it. At 5:00 it was still sitting at order received so my husband went in to ask if they received our order since this is the first time we ordered online. He was told “That was DoorDashed. It already left”. Obviously he said no… we ordered through the Taco Bell app, for drive through pick up. We don’t use DoorDash. He had to search through his system and finally found our order. In which they never started. So after waiting 30 minutes they never even accepted OR started our order (even though I already paid for it), and then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to actually make it all so we could leave, better yet having an angry and hungry toddler in the car So… If my husband never went inside to make sure the order actually went through, we would’ve never even gotten our order. Why offer an online ordering system if you’re not going to fulfill the orders?… Got it …

We are on our way to a football game. Fast food was our option. We chose THIS Taco Bell because we thought it would be quick. Should have looked at previous reviews. Order went through at 6:05PM… it is now 6:22 and we still have yet to get our food. Any other Taco Bell we’ve received or food within minutes. I went up and asked why it was taking so long. Response: We have like 5 pages of orders. Ummm, So? There are 4 people inside and about 6 cars outside. I think delegating needs to happen. Don’t go to this store if you don’t feel like waiting about 30 minutes or more.

They screw the food order up all the time. Getting real old. The only reason for 2 stars is the one time a month they get it right it’s right, otherwise it’s wrong all the time. They served DLT with a stale shell that had to expire at least 3 days prior

I met the nicest taco bell employee ever today! She was extremely nice to me! She even said hi to my dog lol
She was talking to me and honestly it was refreshing. Just wanted to recognize some good people since im currently on a cross country road trip and out of all the random people I’ve interacted with, it was nice to see someone just be a normal human and be nice, instead of the robotic, “Hi, here’s food, bye” dialogue I get
Honestly I’m traveling alone, just a lady and her dog, so it was nice to just have a little compassion for once (after days and hours of driving and being alone)

This taco bell sucks. They take forever to make food, if im the only car in the drive through with an empty parking lot… I shouldn’t be waiting 20 minutes for a soda and a burrito. Plus they never put sauces or napkins in the bag!

Sat in the drive through line on a Thursday night for over an hour. Arrived at 9:15pm to pick up my mobile orders and didn’t leave until after 10:20pm. when it was finally my turn to get up to the window, I asked when my food was made because I will not be eating cold food because I sat in the drive-through for over an hour. They made it seem like it was a big deal so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food to be made luckily the girl that worked at the front window was very nice and I wished her good luck in case she had an encounter with many more frustrated customer . They said they threw in a couple free coupons for the wait. I open the bag and it was three free one taco coupons I don’t understand how not even $10 worth of coupons was supposed to make up for sitting in The drive-through for over an hour and it didn’t even make up for the gas that I spent for my car Idling that entire time. then when I finally ate my food when I pulled over my food was cold so I don’t even think they remade my food. I have had so many problems going to this Taco Bell with not receiving the correct amount of change and having items be missing I will not be returning. Horrible service and terrible food. if you’re understaffed, then close early don’t have good paying customers sit that long and have horrible food. If I hadn’t made an online order, I would’ve never sat that entire time.
