I’m sick of this location!!!!!!! My pizza barely has toppings. I paid for extra cheese and sauce with sausage and pepperon! I also asked for it to be cooked well done, soon as I arrived I opened the box and it was not well done. This location is terrible! this is the second time, I’m DONE

First time. Last time.
I ordered a pepperoni pineapple pizza. I got 17 pepperoni total which did not cover every slice. The pineapple did not cover the whole pie. The sauce was painted on so thin it was dry after being in the oven. This is why I never will go to a franchise pizza shop ever again. No pride in their product. The franchise owners need to periodically do secret quality control checks.
I might just reach out to Shaquille O’Neal as well.

I ordered 2 cheesy burger pizzas that will only be available for a limited time. It hardly had any beef at all on it for both. There were actually slices with no beef at all. This is terrible and worthy of this negative reviews. They should be retrained because we don’t spend our hard earned money to get swindled. Doesn’t have to be extra beef, but I do insist on adequate beef. Thats not too much to ask.

I’ve tried this location several times. Once delivery and four times carry out.
Delivery was a mess . To quote the drive when he delivered an empty box ” darn it not again”. The fix for this was for them to deliver 2 pizzas.
Carryout orders through the app have been mostly a miss on accuracy. With little to no response/ make right from the location on the three orders inaccurately filed
In short this location struggles to get an order correct and really does not seem to get the basics of customer service.
It will be a long time before I try this location.
2025 update. Whatever changed it was for the better. Accuracy and attitudes very much improved.

The pizza is probably the best chain franchise pizza on the market. Their ingredients are great. Unfortunately, they have fallen into the category of you having to be rich to pay menu prices for the food. Always use tge deals.

I ordered from this location and the food arrived quickly and hot, however I was charged twice for the same order. Upon calling the store, which was futile as I was put on hold every single time. On two occasions I was on hold for 15/20 minutes. Checking the customer service link on the website I noticed that there was a note about double charges and that the additional charge is just a hold. Well a week later and the hold went to processed. Calling into the store I found out that the order takers are in a call center so you aren’t calling the store. Now I have to travel to the store to get a refund which is a super inconvenience because I have a broken foot and can’t drive. One and done with this location, they will never receive another order from me!
