No one greets you when you walk in. You order and pay at a screen. When your food is ready they call your name and sit it on a shelf. They forgot the cup to my order. There was food on the floor under our table as well as other tables I could see. Many tables were dirty. There was nothing inviting about the place, it was just stark metal. I got the mini taco salad to which I added sour cream for an extra 90 cents. It truly was a soft taco made shaped and fried to be a taco salad shell. It had something very spicy in it which was unexpected, and I would not have been able to eat it had it not been for my adding the sour cream.

This location is always busy which is a good indicator that the food and staff are doing an excellent job. Tried the new salted caramel churros, awesome little dessert. LOL they were gone before I even thought to take a picture! The new mini taco salad, well its mini alright but a great option for a smaller meal or snack, great vegetarian option just remove the meat. As always the nachos fries are yum yum!

The food itself was absolutely delicious. The taco had a perfectly crunchy shell, making for a very satisfying and filling dinner.
The fact that I was there during happy hour further enhanced my experience, by getting a deal on my iced cold soda!
In addition to the great food and service, the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean. The dining area was tidy and well-maintained, and I noticed the staff constantly wiping down tables and restocking condiments. It’s clear they take great pride in providing a comfortable dining experience for their customers.
Overall, my trip to Taco Bell in Erie was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area and would highly recommend this location to anyone craving some tasty Mexican-inspired cuisine.

I was floored! When I walked into the building. Thinking I could look at menu up on the wall. BUT noóoooo, I had to use that stupid kiosk. That cured it for me. I will NEVER go back to a Taco Bell again! Food was just ok.

This man at the window, for the drive thru, was so nice. We were a late night order and he made our food FRESHHH AS CAN BE. this man almost BROKE HIS FINGER serving us. A raise is deserved. We were order 6ea74c. He was a DEDICATED employee, harming himself to give us the experience we deserved late at night. Not all heroes wear capes….. sometimes they wear taco bell hats…..

The staff was nice. But my burrito was more bean then meat. I also paid for Fritos to be added and I think there were 4. We paid $.60 for a very small container of sour cream. My husband’s steak chburrito had a small amount of steak. Not worth the prices we paid. And $1.89 for a soft taco, nor even supreme. Crazy prices for what you get ans quality.

After having trouble trying to place my order on the stupid screen, which by the way is the worst idea ever to get rid of the cash register especially for older people that have trouble with the screen , hell I’m only 21 n I had trouble, took me like 10 min to order for 2 ppl ♀️ . Also No high chairs out for my child to sit in so we ended up having to leave . Also the upgrade on the inside is horrible, all the seating is uncomfortable and the bench’s on the side don’t even give u enough room to sit down n I’m a small girl !. Used to love it here but now it’s straight trash .
