Went on a Friday night. Decided to eat inside. No one was inside when we arrived. We used the kiosk to place our order. A guy came in behind us and placed his. We sat and the other guy left with his small bag. More people arrived and we still didn’t get our order. When asked, my husband was told, “We’re making it now.” Never asked what we ordered. They must have given it to someone else. We were asked if we paid. As if we were trying to get free food. My husband had the proof of payment on his phone. They made our order and gave us EXPIRED COUPONS and an apology.

I have seen technologically challenged individuals have issues ordering and not receive help from staff. This staff also has a tenancy not to realize that customers can hear them talking often, resulting in overheard inappropriate conversations. Over all the food as good as Taco Bell is and I love me some Taco Bell.

It was absolutely freezing in there. Our food was ice cold before we could finish eating it. Everyone in the dining room was complaining about how cold it was. An older lady asked if she could order at the register because she didn’t understand the kiosk. And she was told no. What kind of customer service is that? Very disappointed

Stopped in for dinner and it was easy to order, the staff was all very nice, food is amazing and I recommend the taco supreme dip w/ chips.

This location generally has very quick service even if there is a line. The food is always hot and tasty. They do have the new chile verde nacho fries, which were pretty good. If you have something that needs to be special ordered, this location is by far better than the other Hermitage location.

So I eat here quite often and the last time I did i got pretty sick and while I was dealing with that I got an app notification asking how did we do from the taco bell app. I sent back my feed back that I was dealing with food poisoning after eating there and they just never followed up.

Ordered the new steak grilled cheese nacho fries, and this is what I received. Paid $6 for like 6 fries. It’s pretty much Just a clump of cheese. Really unhappy right now, especially as someone who works as management in food service. I normally have no issues with this location, but this is ridiculous.
The pictures online are totally different from what this is. I ordered online, so I know I ordered the correct thing. Rest of my order was fine.

Visited this place several times in last 2 weeks with service & food quality sufficient with a fast food establishment. Order a Crunch Wrap w/Chicken with very minimal portion within the Crunch Wrap that wasn’t inline with normal experiences. Very dirty dining room with overflowing garbage cans as well as very dirty drink station.
My observation is that the restaurant was understaffed & Drive Thru was very busy, diminishing the quality of service both with Food & Service. Poor Management to say the least. I will not return.

Quiktrip through the drive-thru. It was fast, fresh, and the service was great. I ordered a a crunchy Taco supreme and a cheesy rice and bean burrito and they were both delicious!

This particular Taco Bell is one of the better ones the food is always fresh. The service is fast, and the employees are friendly. The only problem I have with Taco Bell now is a combo with two tacos and a medium drink it’s like $12 and some change after tax I realize there is inflation right now, but two tacos in a medium drink is nowhere near worth $12
