My husband and I ordered on their touchscreen through drive thru because we thought initially that the lobby was closed as it was close to closing time. They turned out not to be so after sitting at the window for about 15 minutes we saw someone come out so my husband went in to see about our order. Not only were these sandwiches DISGUSTING but she basically put some of what he wanted on mine and some of what I wanted on his so neither of us got the sandwich we ordered. The sandwiches themselves tasted like some of the items on them had gone bad and to top it all off they never gave us even one of the six cookies we ordered. We will NEVER be going back to that location again. They need to shut that one down!

I did the touchscreen outside…and theu definitely didn’t get my order right. Drink size i was given was not the one i selected. She gave me another cup with a 1/3 of it with Pepsi. Sub was not toasted like I asked. Found out til I got home. Had stuff I didn’t select. Sad but not going to go back to that one.

I gave a 2 star because the lady was nice. But I had to leave go get change and Come back for my order because They said they can’t take $100 Bills. It’s not my fault your boss don’t trust people to get in the safe to get get money when needed.

Ordered on line at 105 pm and was informed that my order would be ready at 130 pm .when I arrived my order wasn’t ready.i had to wait 10 minutes before my order was ready.why inform a customer that the order would be ready at a certain time and subway can’t fulfill it .never ordering online again.jimmy johns is way better than subway.

Cashier/server was on her phone the whole time and not helpful AT ALL!!! Her team mate was nice enough to make the chicken salad since they were out of tuna . Needless to say, I won’t be back.

This restaurant is so dirty. From food and bits of trash all over the floor to the restroom being filthy and neglected. There were even smears all over the display glass. I wasn’t going to eat there after seeing the condition of the place but my teen sons were too hungry to wait. The food was decent but one staff member definitely acted inconvenienced by serving us. She told me she was “out” of an item when she was just out in the container and didn’t want to refill it.
I have been to many Subways but have never seen one in this condition.
I will be passing this one by next time.

Just got this sandwich and they really put 5 black olives!! whomever the manager is “Ashley” she has to do a better job or pick a different job! Just WOW. And for you to be little your employees about “portion control” in front of customers is VERY degrading probably why the ratings there is very low!
