Definitely has gone downhill… Used to love taco bell. I have to eat gluten free now due to celiac disease, figured I’d grab something fast for lunch. Ordered a protein bowl, spent the extra few cents for “steak” instead of chicken. Paid $7.29 plus tax for not even a half of a bowl of food, and 3 tiny burnt pieces of steak. Second time I had a terrible experience. Never going back.

Ordered drive thru, was okay until one of us went to take something from the bag and all fell apart, wasn’t wrapped good then the Doritos taco I ordered fell apart. If I wanted a taco salad I would’ve ordered one from down the road. Never returning again. EVER

The app was acting up so my husband tried to go in and someone locked the doors early as we left we saw 2 females hiding, being lazy, messing around and not doing their job at all, they even shut off the inside lights, they let some guy in at even let him order upfront at the kiosks… do better!

I went into this Taco Bell with high hopes and left with nothing but dread, I ordered a taco and a Crunchwrap both cold (tested with thermometer) I unwrapped them maybe 5 minutes after I got it so it wasn’t sitting out for long enough for it to go cold the chips were stale and they got my order wrong twice first they forgot my drink when I addressed the situation they gave me the wrong size I don’t expect much from a Taco Bell other than getting me my order that is right, warm, and quick. Definitely won’t be coming back unless I’m drunk.

I have been refusing to go to my local (slippery rock)Taco Bell because it is absolutely the WORST. So last night we needed some things from butler and we stopped here. I forgot what tacos tasted like that weren’t stale, cold, old and made wrong. Everyone was polite and friendly. The food was fresh AND nice and hot and the store was clean. Thank you!!
