every time i go here they forget something without fail. also every time i get a cantina taco it looks so unappetizing and literally burnt. this is not what taco bell advertises so why give it to a customer like this?

BEST TACO BELL EVER!! We came in after a long shift, and the people here are the best! They made our food quickly, and it tasted splendid. We put goofy names as a joke in the order screen, and they were hilarious and made us feel so included. Jaden, a great staff member, gave us a joyous food delivery and is a hard worker. Keep it up.

Probably the worst tacobell i’ve ever gotten food from. They constantly mess up the orders or simply forget to give you half the food you payed for. The food is sloppily prepared and served. I can never doordash from this location simply because i’ll know they’ll mess up the food, fill my cup about halfway, and give me no sauce packets. Every single person that works here is utterly incompetent, and honestly maybe they should try working at McDonalds instead.

I normally go through the drive-thru when I stop, and the food is always good. At times, there is a line, but it normally moves pretty quickly.
I stopped today and went in today. I was really let down with the service and atmosphere. It was a wait before someone came to the register for about 5 minutes. The drive thru staff came over and helped. He was very nice, but I’m not sure where the cashier was. 2 other groups had to wait for someone to come.
I have never had to wait that long at a fast resteraunt and never had it here, but normally don’t go in.
It was hard finding a clean table, and the areas were dirty. The soda area and silverware area were very low and dirty.
The food took about triple the time, then normal.
The food was ok, I have had a lot better here.
The staff in the drive-thru was helpful and nice. He is always nice and friendly.
I’m not sure what was going on, but the store was a mess, long wait time, etc.
I would highly recommend that the management only drive thru if they don’t have the staff to do both. I really don’t know what’s going on there, but I won’t be back for a while.

One of the worst experiences at a taco bell that I have ever had. I really just stopped for a fountain soda because it was raining and I didn’t want to get out of the car. I ended up getting a soda and some of those cinnabon bites (not sure if I spelled that correctly or not) for my Mom and I. Not only was my order like $13 but it legit took 25 min in the drive thru with no one else in front of me. Then when I finally got my food half of the little balls were hard as a rock and dry and the other half were still frozen in the middle. To make matters worse my soda was watered down and it tasted like either they were out of co² or low on syrup. Either way the entire experience was crap. No one seemed to care that I waited so long and was so disappointed with my order. If I could give it a zero I would!!!

The manger (James) was rude slammed my food down and lied about my food being fresh. I asked for my fries cooked fresh and they gave me problems just for wanting my food cooked right. Everytime I come to this store the food old and gross. I work in fast food and the way I was treated was disrespectful.

Worst food ever this evening. 3 soft tacos that aren’t fit for consumption and a watered down Pepsi. I this was at the drive thru. I asked for sour cream but didn’t get it. 2 napkins for 3 soft tacos for almost $11 is totally ridiculous

Have yet to have a bad experience at this location, staff is always friendly. Older building but it is always clean. Handicap parking is very close to the doors. I love the 5$ boxes they offer. They are limited edition and always changing so they always have a fresh new item on the menu. Not to mention probably some of the best hot sauce in the fast food game, with flavors ranging from mild all the way to diabolo . Only bad thing about the location is the parking lot is small so keep a Keen eye or they offer parking from the mall very close to the building for larger vehicles.

Dubois now has two legit Mexican restaurants that server better food. But sometimes you want Taco Bell.
This is a pretty standard TB. The lot is fine and the inside is usually pretty clean, though usually I’m going through the drive through. Speaking of, the drive through can get pretty slippery in the winter.
The food is generally a hit, but occasionally they do miss our changes (no sour cream, etc) or forget an item. They’re just people and people make mistakes so no biggie.
If you’re hungry for Taco Bell this is a good place for it.

This newly remodeled Taco Bell always has friendly and fast service. The late-night drive-thru is perfect for the late-night cravings. This location is always clean, which is a plus. The menu is packed with plenty of options to choose from. And don’t forget to check out the $1 menu.
