Ordered party pack of tacos. Mix of soft and hard tacos. Ordered nacho grande. The food was cold, soft taco shells were hard, hardly any filling in them. Asked for hot sauce, didn’t get any! Nachos were soggy, hardly any meat. Just a lot of cheese and tomatoes. What happened to this place? They use to be generous with their food and toppings! Such a shame.

Went today April 28th with my wife to get a quick bite. I had to wait forever for them to take my order. Then after she took my order I pulled up to the window. Payed and got my receipt and realized she got it wrong. She came to the window before that and ask what I ordered because apparently it’s to hard to get right the first time, I told her my order was wrong and what I really ordered.She proceeded to loe to me and say that I ask her what I ordered so sorry here’s the food have a nice day and closed the window.. First they get my order wrong twice,then call me a liar. And I have to leave with food I didn’t order.. I’m disgusted with the service of that place. I feel bad for all the others that deal with that there because I’m sure it happens all day.Ill NEVER go back and I’ll tell everyone how I was treated and hope that they go somewhere where customer service means something!!!

Terrible accuracy with delivery. I ordered the boxes and was missing both drinks and a side. I went in to order 1 burrito it took ten minutes and I heard everyone talking about how they don’t do anything at work and chatting about smoking all day at work…

No counter service. Only self ordering. Sucks. Very hard to navigate. People coming in to pick up orders that were not there or ready. 1 customer self ordered paid and never got his food. Nobody behind counter would help him, he had to leave because he had no more time left for lunch. Don’t go to this location. Nothing but agrivation !

Very disappointed in my chalupas as the shells were most definitely stale. They were hard and very difficult to eat. Since I went through the drive-through, I didn’t eat till I got home so I couldn’t take them back. My husband’s Mexican pizza was quite disappointing as well. I know this is a new item but nothing like it was years ago when they had them. $30 for 2 people to eat was definately not worth it.

Went in this morning to pick up a mobile order and I stood there for a good 3to 4 minutes. Nobody else there. Then a couple of workers came up front but no one asked to help me!!! Finally I had to ask to be helped. The lady was so rude!! Like I was bothering her!! I know places are short staffed but they can still be friendly and ready to help!!!
