Restaurant is filthy. Dirt covered spiderwebs on the soft drink dispenser. Tables caked in food and sticky substance. Food was even worst. Couldn’t even find the meat on my chalupa. Soft taco had one small plop of meat in the middle…. It’s laughable how poorly this tacobell is ran.

Had an overall bad experience there. The person taking our order was extremely rude, cut us off, and just had an overall attitude. We got the new crispy chicken and when we opened it it was burnt and smelled awful. The nacho cheese and ranch were spilled in the bag due to not having the kids closed and the rest of the food was just gross. I will say our first time we were here the lady was nice but the last 2 times it’s been the same guy with the attitude. Food was subpar but downright disgusting last time.

Very rude people. Saw 3 people leave for a vape break and completely ignored an elderly lady that was standing there clueless (I ended up going over and helping her order on the kiosk) it was not a rush at all there was only two other people in here and we waited almost 20 minutes for our food. When we did receive it they had put things on the taco that we removed. Over all bad experience never coming here again

The self order kiosk is a great way to order. I have time to go through and see exactly what I want without feeling rushed. It was a bit expensive, but worth every penny. The staff was friendly. The food was perfect! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they were sweeping the floor during the busiest part of the day (lunch). There were 6 groups of people. They could have easily done it after or before the lunch rush. It was very clean and I was not sure why they were even sweeping the floor. Great experience and plan to go back soon!

We waited for almost 45 minutes to get served. We went in because the line was long in the Drive-Thru nobody gives service inside. I watched eight or nine people get served in the Drive-Thru when nobody on the inside gets served. I asked the manager what was going on why they weren’t serving us or going alternating and she was very rude and said that she was going to take my food away if I didn’t leave. So here it is. Don’t go to Taco Bell in Greensburg. Horrible horrible experience

They have great breakfast here. The am crunchwrap is very is good. The service was fast.
This Taco Bell is in a great location the menu is laid out easily to understand and the food came out hot and fast. Plus it’s price can’t be beat for me and my son breakfast was just $5. I was also surprised by their coffee it was very delicious.

Whoever thinks making delivery drivers pickupers go threw drive-thru twice was a good idea because the don’t provide proper staff to handle having orders ready is an idiot. If don’t want to provide delivery because it’s to much for you, it’s as simple as turning that option off. When drive through is backed up for 20 minutes to a 1/2 hour.People are gonna be pissed when they get cold food. Hire more staff or turn off the delivery orders. It’s not our fault that you decide to close the lobby’s at ten o’clock. InHope the big people will restaurant see this. Because in time it’s going to hurt your business.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I was rushing after work and super frustrated. The girl who gave me my online order didn’t realize it wasn’t finished. Another coworker (possibly management) came over and helped and explained to the young coworker what happened. She made sure I was taken care of during a frustrating moment for me and was kind and patient with the young worker. The staff was incredible and helped make my night better. I am terribly sorry for letting my frustration out I am always a huge fan of the taco bell staff.

Me and my friends went to get some food on and one of my friends ordered a STEAK burrito. We pull up to the window and they give us a BEEF burrito. As a person that works at a Dunkin, it was a simple mistake and my friend explained that it was the wrong burrito politely. The general manager started denying that we ever ordered a steak burrito. Obviously watching this happen, i got mad and told her he did and we all heard it. She snatched the bag and slammed the window. She then opened it and held the bag, scolding us by telling us “confirm what you are ordering before coming to the window”, saying it was OUR fault that they gave us the wrong burrito. She is so rude and should definintely be fired because why would you tell the CUSTOMER they are wrong when we weren’t??? This Taco Bell is garbage, go to Irwin.

I generally don’t give bad reviews if the service and/or food was bad just because things happen and it is just food at the end of the day. This time though I’m a bit frustrated, I’m allergic to sour cream and specifically asked for no sour cream , I drive 15 minutes home and go to eat and notice there is sour cream on the tacos I ordered. Good thing I didn’t bite into it or it would have been a bigger issue. When I call and ask about a refund , I got a smart remark back without just trying to come to a resolution for all the this.
