Ordered January 4th 2026 7:30 p.m. after ordering had to sit there and watch the boy making my food say and I quote “stop ordering we have too many orders” “stop ordering I wouldn’t feed my dead dog this food”… That really gives me confidence that my order is going to be correct when it comes out and taste good!!! GARBAGE! The service, food, and MASSIVE drive thru pothole has become unbearable! The newest is upcharge your order. I ordered Loaded Nachos, but was charged for Nachos BellGrande. I didn’t correct it, because I figured I would pay the extra to get bigger Nachos. HOWEVER, they actually gave me Loaded Nachos. So it wasn’t a mistake. They heard my order. Can’t follow a simple order. Paying extra for extras doesn’t mean less of the base products. And every order wants sauce. Even though my order specifically Asked for sauce they just couldn’t pull it off. It was to complicated. Stupid and incompetent. Trash service.

I was super cool with this location because they were nice and gave out cool little things for regulars like a free taco every now and then. Recently, I just feel uncomfortable in there because there was a time a just saw a manager yelling at this kid while he was working in front of the whole kitchen and dining room. There was a time they started handing you your cup filled to the brim with ice, presumably to minimize how much drink you get. Ordered delivery a couple times recently and none of my add-ons that I paid for were there. I don’t know what management has been doing recently, but they are really slipping and seeming to treat their employees terribly.
