I like Taco Bell because it’s convenient and right in town.. HOWEVER!!! The last 4 Times I’ve been there. They’ve completely screwed up my order.. ( I understand I should’ve checked before I leave the drive-through) Point being I shouldn’t have to. And didn’t realize it until I got completely home

Tonight, I ordered 2 meals and was lacking a taco in one of them, double checking should be second nature. Also, I felt like a bother to the staff person working the drive thru. Minimal interaction at the window with some unnecessary eye rolls.
I have gone three times since they have opened and the same person has been working that position. Three strike ruled on this one. Just like the Dunkin Donuts next door.

First time: Didn’t get my order until 53 minutes after I placed the order. For 2 burritos.
Second time: Ordered 13 soft tacos, 3 crunchy tacos, and 3 5-layer burritos. NONE of the soft tacos were in the bag. Only had the 3 crunchy tacos and 3 5-layer burritos.
Edit 1/3/2025: Taco Bell did respond to my complaint by issuing a partial refund in the amount of the missing items. Even though it was a proper response +2 stars for now. I still had to make other accommodations that night. I still advise to take-out customers, check your bags before leaving.
When I called to see if there was a second bag the phone just rang over and over again with no answer.
The slip didn’t indicate multiple bags either.
So if you go here, make sure to check your bag BEFORE you leave. If you live 10 miles away like I do, it usually isn’t worth the trip.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell location on average of once a week since they opened, at all times of the day. The staff is completely kind and honest. But that doesn’t make up for the sloppily assembled food. Missing food. Cold, little, or missing ingredients. And the 30+ minute wait time, no matter how much or little you order, and no matter the size of the line.
I understand that the staff might not be as experienced as other fast food places/Taco Bell locations but with being open for over a month, I’ve seen no improvement.

Service deserves 0 stars. The incompetence of the workers is rivaled only by their attitude and entitlement. Apparently it’s too much to ask for an order to be taken correctly and to get what you paid for. Food is sub-par for a Taco Bell and the staff is awful. It’s a new location and it’s already this bad? It will only get worse. Eat somewhere else in town.

This was the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. The staff is so incredibly kind! The food was wonderful, the dining room was very clean and pretty, and the staff was very generous with the toppings.
Anyone who gave a subpar review because they came when this TB first opened – you should be ashamed of yourself. Of course it will take longer to make the food when they are completely swamped and overwhelmed.
The Grand Opening Rush has died down and it was not super crowded, it was normal. And we got our food in a short amount of time even though we had an extra large order. And the staff was just super super super kind and amazing ❤️ And super generous and truly awesome!!!

It’s ok. Somedays they are quick with making food. Other times they are very slow. They have a lady working at the register sometimes who isn’t the friendliest. She told me if I ordered a drink on the app I need to tell her so I don’t just stand there without anything while waiting. Last time I ordered food before I left my house, drove 20 minutes and after waiting 10 more minutes, I asked when my food would be ready. They informed me somebody already came and picked up the food. I said you gave it to the wrong person. They kept asking me if my name was actually my name because they already gave it to someone. I had my receipt on my phone so I wasn’t lying. It took about 30 more minutes to get my burrito.

the first and last time i will go there. check your order before you leave. i ordered 12 pack of soft supreme and 2 large nacho fries. there were about 12 people working in the back but it took 21 minutes to receive my order. when i got home i found that i did not receive the supreme tacos and only 1 order of fries. not only was the order wrong but they built them wrong as well. no tomatoes on any of them, very little lettuce and one if them actually only had meat. i would have taken the order back but i live about 15 minutes away.

I went on opening day and it was a pretty good experience overall. The food came out pretty quickly considering the drive through was backed up to the road and there were a lot of people inside as well. The team was hustling and busling to try and get everyone’s order right with them being that busy almost all day until midnight. The staff members that day were extremely nice and just trying to get everybody’s orders right. My food order and my friends were completely right despite have add-ons and switch outs on some of the items. Phenomenal inside, nice and clean so far, and the kiosk was easy to use and had more customization that I had realized I could even do.

New place so please give them patience. You might have a wait a little to get your food but that’s because they are understaffed but are doing there best. Food was amazing. If you don’t want to wait just wait until the hype dies down. It was clean and everything was stocked.
