Haven’t been to Taco Bell in many years. Stopped by at the store on E. Ridge road. Doesn’t seem like I missed much. Had the barrito supreme, not as good as it sounds. Extremely understaffed, tables extremely dirty, definitely a cluster performance by the staff. As for the burrito supreme itself, I don’t know how they could call this a burrito supreme. Most of the filling fell out as I unwrapped it before I even had a chance to eat it. The writing on the menu board was so small it was hard to read. Especially because my vision is not all that great at distances.

If you can avoid this place like the plague. Ordered my food and waited around for around 10 to 15 minutes before an employee even inquired had I been helped. I explained I ordered on the kiosk. The manager then proceeds to say since she can’t see it I didn’t order it so I shoved my phone her way and asked her to look at the receipt you can tell she has very little customer service skills. There was never an apology just uh well I’m trying to help and we are busy. I have been going to that taco bell for years it was not busy. Not a I’m so sorry you hadn’t been helped. A my mistake nothing. An apology and seeing if I ordered would have been the proper procedure. It’s obvious that And then it appeared they had been tampering with the food. Tossed that and I’m immediately calling corporate. Avoid !!!

I don’t know if they have new management or what not but this has been the best Taco Bell that I have been to so far and I been to several all over the states but there service was great and professional and efficient as well. The last times I have been to this location usually my order is wrong or my taco is small with more lettuce then meat or my tacos weren’t wrapped all the way. Today my tacos were portioned properly and wrapped as well I am cook myself and I work in management so I can definitely appreciate the big things that seem small at times.

It is almost physically incapable of the workers here to get your order correct. Go to the Taco Bell on East Ave or in Webster.

My quesadilla was cold, I pulled it open to see my cheese not melted whatsoever. Taco Bell, do better. I was in the drive through and I discovered this down the road. I waited in line for 20 minutes with three kids in the car. I was not about to do that all over again.

The worst location I have ever ordered from. Ordered 3 meals and only 2 items were correct out of the 3 meals. Items were substitute for what was ordered without contacting us. The burritos looked like a 2 year old put them together ever one fell apart on opening the wrappers. Even though this is a fast food place and Taco bell there is still a level of expectation of quality that there was none of. I wouldn’t even give my worst enemies dog the food we received from this location. If I was the owner I would be ashamed to admit it. Just a suggestion fire everyone working there tonight 6/11/23 9:00pm my family and friends that ordered tonight will definitely not ordered from this location ever again. I will be posting this on other social media sites so to save others from wasting their money on trash.

My kids swear we are supposed to go to Taco Bell every Tuesday recently we went to the Webster location and the manager by the name of Haley showed us full signs of racism to the point. I asked for a refund and then drove to the Irondequoit location where they treat us like human people not by the skin of our color.

It is rare that a fast food joint warrants a review of any kind. We all know why we go to taco bell … It isn’t because it’s the best… It isn’t because of the atmosphere… It’s because the food is quick, cheap (relatively, inflation AMIRITE?), and well, food.
