Was shorted on change, several dollars cash awhile back and am still irritated. I asked for the manager and an older woman came over very loud and bossy and said she was the supervisor. When i explained what happened and showed receipts her response was to laugh like it was the funniest thing she had ever heard. It’s only around 4 dollars but I could not get my own money back. And others in the store such as customers and workers looked at me, this was inappropriate and I feel like the cashier person (who vanished) robbed from me in effect. I walked out after throwing my bag in the trash. Certainly avoid this location. If you do go bring exact change and ask for the manager to handle the transaction. I was able to get some food at a pizza place in the Eutah shopping center. It’s not so much the four dollars or losing my food, it’s how they feel they can do this at will and there is no actual manager in charge or who cares. I’d been warned about the place and should have listened.

EDIT. Re-Visit. Ordered a double 1/4 pounder, Deluxe (lettuce, tomato sauce) with extra onions (upcharge) but received a plain double burger. Noticed when I got home. They provide just a partial receipt (is that legal?) New pic shows that and the food. Says Double Deluxe, extra onions on the paper. Food is not that, I had already gotten home when I found that.

Since last time I could not get a refund but got laughed at by their GM I will just ask Corporate for help. Last time that took about 15 emails as they do not like doing a 1-2 dollar refund for the difference. I just want the food I ordered.

The employees were very polite and each one that noticed me asked if I wanted to order or if I was waiting on an order. Most McDonald’s the employees just ignore you like you aren’t even there. So excellent job to these employees at this McDonald’s.

They are full of energy and always pleasant with each of my visits!!!!!!!they make the best Caramel Macchiato EVER!!!!! This place should be paid to train other store employees to make correct coffees

7:15 PM Wednesday 1/21 – guys were ON POINT. Everything was hot. Delicious. Perfectly salted fries – quarter pounder and Big Mac perfect as well. Quick. Hot. Friendly dudes. I travel the country for work and eat a lot of McDonald’s (don’t judge me to hard, haha) anyways this was one – at least when I went – of the best visits I’ve ever had – and we’re talking hundreds of visits in the last couple years. Thanks guys!

I went to this McDonald’s today around 11:30 AM, and I have to say—it was absolutely perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and ready to go (which isn’t always the case at fast food). My fries were piping hot, my snack wraps were fresh, and my Sprite was perfectly refreshing.

The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The man bringing food out to the drive-through was already helping another customer, but he still acknowledged me and let me know mine would be right out. When it arrived, they even had condiments ready on the tray in case I needed them—such a thoughtful touch.

The whole process was quick and smooth. At other McDonald’s, I usually have to wait a while at the second speaker, but here they were ready to take my order right away. From start to finish, it took less than the 3 minutes and 30 seconds that’s the standard goal for drive-through service.

Honestly, I had a bad experience at this location about a year ago, so I was hesitant to come back. But I’m so glad I did! This visit was a total 10/10, and I’ll definitely be returning.

4am, wanted breakfast. Waited a few minutes which is completely fine. They claimed their system was “down”. Then, I saw this. Absolutely absurd. Stop supporting this McDonald’s.

A couple of ladies with absolutely uncontrolled children threw a fit about not getting a free lemonade refill (which is not allowed). The older one tried claiming she is a McDonald’s district manager to intimidate the worker.

An actual district manager would’ve taken the discussion somewhere less public.

Jamal (McDonald’s employee) defused the situation to the best of his ability, but they wouldn’t stop escalating until they left.

I was just a fly on the wall watching. Jamal was absolutely in the right during that interaction. I, truly, hope my review is seen my management in case they decide to file a false, unjustified complaint.

There should be a way for this establishment to audio record interactions at the drive thru for play-back and training purposes. I was the only car in the line but the young man at the drive thru wasn’t rude but he was very rushed, muffled, and unprofessional. This wasn’t the first. I don’t fault him though, I think management could be little more helpful if they are able to playback the interactions and provide guidance/direction. The young lady that handed me my food was phenomenal

Stopped off at 2 AM, two large fries
Were 1/2 full when arrived back at Hotel, 9 nuggets instead of 10. To top it off, no receipt! Won’t go here again.

Waiting 10 minutes for food

Customer in front of me said she had been waiting 20 minutes, and her food was sitting in a bag on the line.

Normally the place ain’t bad, it’s clean, service is usually relatively quick.
