Oh boy, if your favorite animal is the sloth then this place is for you. Because that is the speed at which you will get your food. I’m currently writing this from the drive through line, and it has been 30 minutes. Plus we did a mobile order soooooo we are kinda in it no matter what. Thanks Taco Bell at Mt Hope.

This location says they are open until 3am but what they didn’t tell you is that if they are busy, they will allow you to sit in the drive through for 40 minutes after your 12 hour shift at work just to tell you that you can’t place an order because they are too busy. After you tell them that you’ve been waiting for over half an hour and that everywhere is closed because you were in this line, they will tell you that it was your own choice to wait and that they cannot serve you and that they will call the police if you don’t move. They don’t have the decency or the professionalism to come out and tell people in line that they aren’t taking new orders. They wasted my time and will waste yours. I went home hungry after delivering hundreds of dollars worth of food for Taco Bell. This is totally unacceptable. If you cannot handle being open until 3am, then you should close instead of letting people waste their time like this.

Either okay service or the worst Taco Bell depending on the day. Last order my food was burnt to a crisp and either the employees somehow didn’t notice or didn’t care. I’m still trying to get a refund for this a week later.

This is my third time trying this location and it’s my third time where they’ve exceeded my expectations at how terrible my experience could be.
Last time I was here, it took 40 minutes to get my food at the drive through despite ordering ahead, and there were only 2 cars in front of me.
This time, I walked in and didn’t see anyone at all. Kiosks were down so I ordered on the app. That was at 5:24. I didn’t get my food until 5:51 despite choosing the “I’m already here” option within the app. The cherry on top was that not only was the food cold, but it was made wrong. As you can see in my picture, the cheesey gordita crunch looks like they just took a hard taco and put the soft taco around it. It doesn’t have the sauces that are part of it and there was no cheese connecting the 2 shells. Nacho fries were cold, not even room temp, and they didn’t include the sauce I requested.
Also, I’m curious, since when do fast food places not make your food until you arrive? I thought the whole point of fast food is that it is ready when you get there???

Literally the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It took them 18 minutes to complete our order (4 stackers + 4 burritos) and the car before us (2 boxes). The had plenty of staff and it was 2:30, so there were no dine-in customers, so I have no clue what took so long. Also, my order was on the screen of the far lane, not the one I was in. Overall very weird Taco Bell experience.

I just had an awful experience tonight around 9:13 PM. The tall white guy with the short dark hair, tattoos on his right arm, and a creepy mustache started cussing at me because I didn’t sit at the first window for over five minutes. I had five cars behind me, so of course I pulled up so I wouldn’t block the line.
There is absolutely no reason an employee should speak to a customer like that. Completely unprofessional, rude, and unnecessary. Do better.

Great after working late, service is almost always fast and the food isn’t cold.
Last time there was a wait, but I’m pretty sure their system was down or something because the app wasn’t working either.
Didn’t even complain and one of the employees still apologized and gave us some free taco vouchers.

Ordered 2 vegetarian potato soft tacos from Taco Bell around 7pm last night. Got home, took a bite and found chicken instead. After a 12hr day I’m mad and sad. Why is it so hard to get a meat-free meal right? #TacoBellFail #vegetarian

I’ve never been compelled to write a bad review, ever, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in fast food in my life. Placed mobile order while on break for my shift at the hospital, arrived at drive thru and waited in line for 20 minutes to even get to the speaker, and because of the design of the drive thru lane I was not able to leave, so eventually after waiting 5 more minutes at the speaker, i gave my name and order, and waited another 20 minutes only to not receive my food. I went to the door to ask but the doors were locked with several people outside waiting to go in and pick up mobile orders, and no one came to the door. It’s clear that it was being run by a bunch of kids just trying to earn a dollar so I do not blame them. This is not the only review with similar problems so it is clear this is management/ownership issue. I would rather have just lit my $20 on fire, that would’ve been more enjoyable. I will never be coming back
