Been watching this location just slowly going down hill in the last year or so. Today stopped in and ordered their 12 pack of soft taco supremes. The counter service was lousy, the girl that took my order basically walked away, so got no receipt. My order was brought and sat on the counter and the person again just walked away no offer anything like sauces, utensils, napkins…nothing. Got my order home only to find my taco supremes only had some greasy meat and touch of lettuce (see photo) no tomatoes, cheese or sour cream all 12 the same. My wife and I only do Taco Bell once in awhile, but after today I will never spend another penny at this location. When I walked in a noticed the place was pretty dirty and the servers dressed like bums I should have turned around and walked back out. Why not just close the place down?

Closed down for “staffing issues” at 8pm. Then I saw this sign and couldn’t help but laugh (see picture). How can you not refund your customers if their was an issue? Avoid this place at all costs. Also read a review about some guy spitting in drinks.

I don’t know why I keep attempting to have a good experience here (the Geneva kfc/Taco Bell) but literally every single time I’ve been here I’ve been screwed over. Either completely missing most my order or not even close to my order. Tonight I ordered the cheesy fiesta potatoes and they clearly gave me kfc French fries with cheese and sour cream like I wouldn’t notice lol. It’s always can’t accept cards and it’s cash only or other way around. The employees are ALWAYS miserable and rolling their eyes for everything then dancing and yelling at each other even while you’re standing there waiting. It’s just close to work and I don’t know why I even try anymore.

The most disgusting place I’ve ever been Service was horrible, no tops for cups, no utensils, no sauces, missing a biscuit. My fiancé stood at the counter for about 6 minutes to get a fork while 5 workers walked past him screaming at eachother about how they have no biscuits (probably why we didn’t get the 1). Mac and chz and potato’s were like GLUE and the chicken seemed like they cooked it yesterday and left it under the heat lamp. My 3 year old even said her chicken was disgusting lol. We choked down the dry biscuits we got and headed on our way. Never again Not to mention good luck finding a clean table and watch the floors a piece of someone’s weave was on the floor and the bathrooms were covered in toilet paper and smelled like someone peed all over them. Just nasty.

You know the service and food is terrible when your teenager doesn’t want to eat there anymore. We typically go at least once a week. Orders are always messed up or missing things. Yes, we check inside the bag but when we order a soft taco, we get the supreme. Our son is a picky eater and hates tomatoes and sour cream. The steak burrito is actually taco meat. The nuggets didnt come with the sauce we ordered. We even ask for no ice at the order window, they hand us 3/4 ice with our drink. We correct them and they roll their eyes and pour out SOME of the ice just to hand it back. They spend more time talking with each other than watching the order screen. We have issues every time we go. We’ve thrown out so much food because it’s not what we ordered. We’re fed up and for a growing teen to not want his “usual” drive thru, you know there’s something wrong. Do better. You just got fresh paint and a remodel but if this keeps up, I don’t see Taco Bell in Geneva sticking around. Canandaigua on the other hand is always on top!

Went through the KFC/Taco Bell drive thru which is a one lane deal. Once you’re in line you’re stuck, no way out. When our turn is up to order from Taco Bell, we are told they are closed..at 11:50am. No signs anywhere before the drive thru and online it says they were open.

Will never go back to this location. We pulled up to the drive thru speaker and asked for a minute to look at the menu. We were met with the general manager asking us to leave the drive thru and come in so her drive thru times stayed low. Ummmm we were the only one in line. We left and will never go again not that the food is ever any good anyway and the service is always lousy

They are really doing the bare minimum here. Received no napkins, no cutlery, no sauce with the order, and there wasnt a condiment table in the dining room. Served old fries barely above room temperature. Chicken sandwich was tasty.

Warning!! This Taco Bell is a complete disaster!! I have experienced some really bad fast food restaurants in my life, but this place tops the list. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. When I pulled up to the drive thru, the cashier acted like she was doing me a favor when she finally acknowledged me that is. I waited for at least 5 minutes before I was finally able to start ordering. When I pulled up to pay, she was too busy talking with her friend.

Ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos, 2 potato tacos, & cheesy fiesta potatoes. Recieved 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos (at the price of the grilled cheese), 2 tacos with 2 potatoes each, and a literal bowl of cheese and sour cream. The burritos appeared to have been assembled with the dexterity of an infant, but I didn’t even bother getting a picture of those because I’m still just absolutely whying the bowl of cheese? Like the burrito, okay, mistakes occur, but they actually scammed me giving me a cheese bowl. Like you know it’s 100% wrong step by step. I can’t believe I got scammed out of potoes by employees at a taco bell. Lmfao. GG. Never going back.
