Ordered Online, Waited in Drive Thru line for 10 min to pick up a $23 order after placing it 10-15min prior while being the only car in the Drive Thru, Checked the bag to make sure all the food was there which it was. Noticed 1 Soft taco was outside of the wrapper and a hot sauce packet fell in it from when they put sauce packets in the bag so i went inside to just have the 1 Soft Taco remade which is quite an easy fix. Told the women at the counter she told the guy on the line who then decided the whole time that he was remaking the 1 taco he was going to shake his head and be sloppy, he then wrapped it and put it in a bag and i was standing right at the counter and he was maybe 3-4 feet away from it so he could have easily handed me it or put it on the counter decided he didn’t want to hand it to me and look at the guy working the window and make him walk over to put it down on the counter while there were no more orders on the screen so he could have easily done it himself but decided to hold a grudge because i made him remake a taco, btw there was nothing in between the counter and the worker on line, if I’m ordering food from somewhere i at least want to be respected, it was an easy mistake to make and an easy fix that turned into a bad experience.

don’t go here. not this location, constant problems, put in a mobile order, showed up, no other cars in the drive thru, sat at the speaker for 5 minutes. nothing. pull up to the window for 3 minutes. nothing. we could see them all standing there just talking to each other so we looped back around and sat at the speaker for another 5 minutes. nothing. we pull around park and go in, she was taking the trucks order that ended up behind us. all 3 employees looked at us but didn’t say a word, so we asked for the bag, she handed it to us with no words

The first time I ordered food after a 2nd shift, they forgot both of the tacos that one of us ordered. Got home at 1230 to not have the food we paid for, now 2nd time doing a mobile order, says it will be ready in 5-8 minutes, to then arrive at the store pull up to the drive through and be told to pull around front and they will bring it out is crazy. We ordered ahead to come and pick it up and then this happens and we waited over 10 minutes for 4 things

Crew member who took the order had the worst possible attitude. 4 out of 6 items from the order were missing and after asking for them I get asked “anything else” with Shrugging shoulders. Not even a single sorry or hey my bad I forgot.

We are done going to this location and are going to just start going to the farther away one. Ordered mobile pickup, got told to pull around front and wait, along with several other cars. Waited a while for the food, and when it finally came out, we were just so ready to leave that we drove off. Didn’t register until we got home that they didn’t give us our drinks. We open our bag, they didn’t give us the hot sauce packets, or the avocado salsa we paid for, and they gave me a basic $2 taco instead of the $5 cheesy Gordita crunch that was ordered. Tired of the constant screw ups here

This place constantly sucks, the chalupas are so hard they completely fall apart every time, forget items constantly, or make the items with so little care. My husbands Crunchwrap tonight had nothing in it. I’m an idiot for giving them another chance time and time again but tonight was the last time.

Used to be the best Taco Bell in Buffalo. Stopped allowing the custom boxes in online ordering (only reason to go to any Taco Bell). Doubt I’ll be visiting it again now.
