The food at cupbop is typically good. The service is awful though. The kids working are not the nicest and it kinda ruins your experience:(. We got a 7.5 spice level and there was still barely anyway sauce which was also disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

This location always has the best tasting food. Been coming here for lunch instead of other locations lately. Wait was a little long this afternoon, the young girl with a braid on the food line was the only one who seemed to be moving quickly through the orders haha. It can get overwhelming with a lot of customers, I understand! Give her a shout out for working quickly for those of us on our lunch breaks! Service was good regardless. Love this location! They always go above and beyond and make my bowl extra sloppy.

We absolutely love the food here. The first time we ate here the service was great. Today however, the kids working here were not interested in customer service or getting orders correct. I ordered two of the same meal – two different heat levels. I received one order with cabbage and one without. There was no label indicating which heat level was which meal and after tasting both, they tasted exactly the same. And one meal did not receive the sauces, which I love. I will look for a different location next time. I do not recommend this one in West Valley.

The employee named Alex just made my day. He sat and patiently waited and even helped me count my money when I could only bring in coins. He also cracked a joke or two and made everybody in line laugh and made me feel I wasn’t being a disturbance. We counted out my coins and the paid the due amount after nearly 5 minutes and gave me a warm smile and helped me with my food as well. Absolutely great experience.

Food was fine for the price as always. The kid at the register was nice and got me my food quick. Not sure how I felt about the two hiding in the corner sitting on each other’s laps instead of helping. Not a fan of the PDA. Feels like service here keeps going downhill.

Went last week to get a Kdog which is my favorite. Then went back a couple of days ago to get my daughter the Kwings which is her favorite. Both times, Andy the Happy boy greeted me with the biggest smile. He was friendly and served me with the best customer service. Just because of him, I am going back tomorrow.

I try to avoid this Cupbop but I’ve given it three chances. every single time I order I ask for more spicy the next time because it seems like they are the only cup bop that doesn’t put enough sauce. Every other cup bop isn’t like this this cup bop is the worst one out of all of them. This was supposed to be a level 8 spicy but it was flavorless since it barely had sauce.

This was my first time going here. And this place became my favorite place. I had the deep fried pot sticks with rice, noodle and cabbage and sauce on top. The sauce I had was sweet sauce. The noodles by the way are so delicious oh my goodness. And the customer service was absolutely amazing and they were so kind as well. I Will definitely 100% come back. Thank you for making my first time a great experience.
