Went in to get some food, service wasn’t horrible other than the fact I got a bug in my beef taco, she asked if I wanted to upgrade it to a supreme didn’t know that mean it came with a bug. they were pretty understanding about the situation so it must happen a lot. Sorry but never again will I eat Taco Bell especially from Oneida!! This is disgusting and very disturbing.

Perhaps I’m used to awful Boston-area drive-through service, but this Taco Bell was fast, everyone was friendly, the woman with the pink hair was VERY pleasant, and my order was both correct and fresh. Despite the miserable freezing rain, I left very happy. I’d go more than twice a year if this location were near my home!

Absolutely disgusting atmosphere by far the dirtiest restaurant in the area. Bathroom floor covered in urine and the dinning room was just as bad. Food was horrible and and the service was not very good. How can anyone leave position feedback about this place.

Visited this “Taco Bell” location hoping the Long John Silver’s was still open. Found that they were. Very much enjoyed my LJS 3 piece fish combo with fries, hush puppies, and Pepsi for $7.49. I had a fish sandwich, fries, and Pepsi at another restaurant recently that cost about $15. I got more fish and it tasted better at LJS. My daughter was also quite happy with her Taco Bell as they have brought back Nacho Fries. Interesting note, they have both diet Mountain Dew and Zero Sugar Baja Blast in the fountain machine.
