You guys, they really served this quality of food and thought it was acceptable. Placed an order through door dash after working a 16 hour shift and really wasn’t trying to go out in 10 degree weather with wet hair after I showered. So after this poor quality of food arrived and I was extremely upset about it, when I drove there to get proper food I paid for, I was met with rudeness and disrespect from the manager (regretfully never got her name). I insisted she took the food back to show her cook how NOT to serve food. She refused to take the order back through the window. She cut me off every time I would try to talk to tell her how I would like my situation to be remedied. Just told me how she was going to handle the situation. My boyfriend went inside to give them the food. At this time when he was trying to show them quality of food, I was told to leave by another employee because he broke apart a nugget and dropped it back down in the box it came in and said he “threw it”. Even if he did throw it, let’s be real, can’t say y’all didn’t deserve it. Disrespecting me first and foremost and STEALING my money is WRONG. Never got my food. Never got my money back. I was just told to leave. This is the worst customer service I’ve dealt with by far. I don’t understand why you’re working with people if you’re so miserable towards people right off the bat who PAID for food and all I wanted was just an apology, some empathy and fresh nuggets. I left with nothing but a nasty attitude from the staff. AWFUL!

$16 for a chalupa shell that’s so stale it broke apart before I could even open the packaging. And they forgot my sour cream that I paid extra for. $16! Absolutely insane, I can only blame myself for going to Taco Bell in 2026. Hundreds of millions spent or marketing for their stores to serve stale chalupa shells. If you go look at the Cicero Taco Bell you will see I have left a review there after they gave me a stale chalupa shell, seems to be the norm now. $16 for 2 stale chalupas, a soft taco and a soft drink. $16. Waited 50 minutes inside as I watched 10 cars come out of the drive thru. I understand these fast food places want to finally just be take out. No need for seats, lights, services, smaller footprint. But come on man, almost an hour for “fast” food. Never go here again.

Please take your business to another location if possible. You will undoubtably wait for close to an hour to receive your order no matter the size. Their employees lack any skill to maintain order and cooperation to get orders out in decent time. I would rather eat at failed health inspection establishments before thinking of going here again.

I hate leaving poor reviews, but this experience warrants a review so others can be warned. I have legitimately never undergone a more horrific fast food ordeal. We have been waiting for over an hour in the drive thru- and still have not gotten to any windows (to pay or receive the food). After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. But genuinely, if you’re craving fast food, do not go here. If you need Taco Bell, find a different location. I can assure you it will still be faster.

I f you l bad for the Manager that manages this place. The people that work at this location are lazy, and incompetent. The Food is always late, and there are always items missing that were paid for. Especially with Door Dash. I feel bad for Delivery Drivers as well. We’ve ordered from here on multiple occasions, since DoorDash won’t allow us to change Restaurants. Every single time there’s an issue or the Food is wrong or missing. Don’t even get me started on the Counter, or Drive through experience which is 10X worse. You can sit there for 15 minutes waiting for your Food only to see them on their Phones or chit chatting. Horrible place. If I could change places on Door Dash to a different one I would. Food is usually good, but sometimes not Hot and Fresh.

Extremely disappointed. I arrived to the drive through line at 12:41 am. I sat there with hardly any movement of cars through the line, maybe 3 or 4 that pulled ahead. I get to the kiosk at 1:02 and they tell me they can’t take my order because they are closed. (Closed at 1am). So I sat there stuck in the drive through for 20 minutes and still left with nothing because it was 2 minutes past 1am. I genuinely wonder if they were intentionally moving the line slowly because they did not want to take any more orders.

I don’t know why I keep going to this location. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead on the app, do the drive-thru, go inside, you will wait 30+ minutes for your food. We tend to order ahead on the app and then I go inside to check in and pick up. I will sit and wait watching other people come in and order inside, than walk out in 10 minutes. I have to go up to the counter and remind them REPEATEDLY that I’m there for a pick up. I always double check my order before leaving because I’ve been burned before when I get home.
I understand staff isn’t always there on time and things get busy, but there should be some organization to getting orders out the door in a timely manner. Waiting 30 minutes for fast food is uncalled for.

After waiting for 30 minutes, I requested a refund and left. I have never seen a group of people so high in my entire life. I sat and observed the two older gentlemen working the “lines” and they were absolutely high out of their minds, moving at a snails pace and stumbling around the kitchen. I am genuinely grateful that I didn’t eat a thing from there. Will not ever return.
