This is terrible service. The staff completely ignored me while I was waiting to place my order. I ended up ordering a simple iced latte at the kiosk. After waiting 15 minutes — and only after I asked them to check on my order — they brought me an overly sweet latte.

I had to turn my car around and drive back just to return it. And once again, I had to wait for someone to finally acknowledge me. They are definitely not customer-oriented, and it seems like ignoring customers is their normal practice.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Completely Unprofessional Experience

I placed a mobile order before walking into this McDonald’s, and the chaos I walked into was unbelievable. When I arrived, a customer was already complaining about her food, and the employees behind the counter were screaming and cursing at each other like they were in high school.

The girl bagging orders was handling fries with no gloves, dropped items, and had zero sense of urgency. After waiting around 15 minutes for my order, I asked for my fries to be made fresh with the rest of my food — instead of doing that, she re-dipped old fries in the oil and handed me two dirty cups she had just dropped on the floor. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and replaced them.

To make things worse, there was no tea available in the lobby, and when I went back up to the counter to ask, several employees were on the verge of fighting. The young lady at the front counter hesitated to help because she wanted to watch the argument until I reminded her that she still had a job to do — only then did she reluctantly make my drinks.

When I finally got to the car, I realized they had given me the wrong order — a double cheeseburger plain instead of the triple cheeseburger I paid for. When I called back, a young woman answered and claimed to be the manager. As soon as I began explaining the situation, she hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back.

This entire experience was beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable for a McDonald’s. If management or corporate is reading this, I strongly urge you to review your staff, retrain them on basic hygiene, customer service, and professionalism, and make sure someone competent is actually in charge of this location. Customers shouldn’t have to pay their hard-earned money to be treated this way.

the absolute worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. i went last night, ordered 2 grinch meals. my husband and i were literally in the drive thru for 30 minutes, if not longer. SO unprofessional there. we get to the window to pay, nobody is there. the car in front of us skipped it and i don’t even think they paid for their food cause no one was there. the guy finally comes to the window and asks if we had a mobile order. we had to tell him like 3 or 4 different times no, and told him what we ordered before he got it right. we then go to second window where we get our food. the girl hands us our food, we ask for honey mustard and she says check our bags. i check, there isn’t any. and the dill pickle seasoning for the fries wasn’t even in there…that’s what im paying for though right?? she shuts the window so we wait. when she finally comes back my husband asks her for the honey mustard and the seasoning, she was scrambling around looking for it. the workers are too busy talking and laughing with co workers instead of the long line they have. it’s called fast food for a reason. there is no reason we should’ve been there as long as we were in that line. and if i am paying for something, i should get it and have confidence that its in my bag instead of having to wait on someone to find it and give it to me. customer service is absolutely terrible here. i won’t be going back

Another McDonald’s staffed with people who’d rather play on their phones instead of paying attention to customers, and still complain about not making $15/hr. After 3 attempts to get a cheeseburger made correctly, I was given a smushed burger with the hardest stale bun they had in the back. The fries were double fried to warm them back up, resulting in a saltless mushy package of slop. All this for $12. Pitiful experience, garbage food, and overpriced dismay of a meal. Stay away from this McDonald’s!

Went through the drive through with only two people in front of me. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order in drive thru I get my food the French fries feel like they’ve been inside of a refrigerator both my double cheeseburgers are old and dry. They only put one nugget in my 4 nugget pack for my meal deal.

I ordered a decaf coffee but was given a regular coffee instead. I’m allergic to caffeine, so this made me feel very unwell that day.

I picked up the order through the drive-thru, so I didn’t go back to correct it. The food was also warm rather than hot, and the items were placed loosely and messily in the bag.

I work near this McDonald’s and have visited several times a week for nearly five years. I kept hoping that the experience would improve, but unfortunately it hasn’t. I won’t be returning to this location.

Part 2
They responded with a link to a form I have ALREADY FILLED OUT. Instead of refunding my money, they are still jerking me around.

Part 1
They took my money, did not give me my food because it was 1 minute after the breakfast cutoff.
They did not refund my money, I emailed, to which they responded that they would reverse the charge and it should take about 4 days.
8 days later I sent an email stating they had not done so.
No response.
I sent another email a week later.
No response.
Since I was being ignored, I left a voicemail calling them out for scamming me.
She didn’t appreciate that so I GOT a response:
“I’m not sure why your transaction was not reversed. Some things are just out of my control.” …….”If you send me your home address, I will take $3 out of my own wallet and send to you.”
To which I told her “How about you send me your home address and I’ll come by and get it.”
Hmmmmm. Giving refunds are “Out of her control?”
So now it’s been a month and I still don’t have my money back.
Do I have to go to court for $2.73?

The employees think it’s okay to sit in the dining area talking loudly about drugs, and personal things that me and my family did not need to know. If you are going to speak so ugly, maybe keep your voice down in front of children. Will not be back.

Ordered through the app for curbside pick up. Waited over 20 mins. Finally went in as they were walking out with the order. Took the order and checked it. I was missing items. Went back in. Staff did not acknowledge me. I had to flag a guy down. He said the missing pies were in the oven. Continued to wait as they kept ignoring myself and regular customers. After another 20 mins I had to leave I was so mad. Heard another customer complain she had waited 40 mins for her order. The staff appear to not care at all. They only focused on drive thru or door dash orders. Stay away from this one people.

Midway of eating my fries I found colorful hair in my food!!! I haven’t been this disgusted ever!!!! I immediately turned around and I am now in the drive thru asking for a manager just for the guy name Matthew with pinkish hair to tell me he doesn’t have the power to refund me nor exchange my food!!! He pulled the hair out and said I don’t have purple hair There was no manager on duty!! I told him I just want my money back and he could take all the food back but he refused!! The half piece of cheese took me out ‍♀️I am calling corporate in the morning!!!!!
