We came here for the ribbon cutting ceremony on opening day. Everything is new and clean. We placed an unexpected order. (It was around 10am) We ordered the steak street tacos and another item. We were notified that they do not have the street tacos. (Not sure if they just didn’t have them or won’t have them.) They replaced it with a steak chalupa. (After asking of course.) We wouldn’t have placed an order if we knew the street tacos weren’t available. Fast forward to dinner. I was out shopping and wanted a snack. I thought this visit would go more smoothly. I ordered the jalapeno ranch nacho fries and was notified that they do not have fries. Once again I was offered a chalupa to which I declined and just asked for chips in place of the fries. (Tasty, but missing the extra beef I was up charged for.) The food I did receive was hot, fresh, and tasty. I understand that it’s opening day and things happen. I will update my review after the next few visits as items may come available at a later time.

I had to use a restroom so I pulled into the parking lot. The location made it very easy to pull in and then to pull back onto the main street. While I was there I noticed the restroom was immaculate. I wasn’t hungry but I had been driving all morning and wanted something hot to drink, the employee said they only had coffee so thats what I ordered. I was asked what size and if I would like anything in it. I had a small two creams and three sugers, I normally drink it black. The place was bright, clean and peaceful. The customer service was pleasent and professional and the coffee…. Excellent.

Ordered 2 chicken chalupas. Add rice onions no tomato. My chalupas came with heaps of lettuce and cheese. 4 small pieces of chicken. Also had 2 chicken tacos. Again. Hardly any chicken. Loads of lettuce. Pics of both chalupas…one has tomato which i am alergic too. No rice to be found. Onions on one not the other. I never eat out so its suppised to be a treat. This was anything but. I wouldn’t trust this location if you have any type of food allergy concerns. Clearly it is about the bottom line and not the customer. One of the worst experiences with food I have ever had. Very disappointed. Will never return

Who doesn’t love Taco Bell once in a while?! The new location is my preference now that there are 2 in town. The new location is obviously brand new, so it is clean and seems to be well maintained and kept. I enjoy the option of self-ordering at the kiosk. I usually make a couple changes to my order, and I have 2 young kiddos that are of course picky so I don’t feel rushed placing my order and I can view it on screen to be sure it’s accurate!

Hiring young people that don’t want to do their job. We asked for taco supreme which we didn’t get. We go back and tell them and show them our receipt. We got paid for a supreme and they couldn’t fix it.

The drive thru person you couldn’t hear, I waited in line for about 20 minutes from the time I ordered till I receive my order at the window.. the food was sloppy and a mess didn’t receive any napkins as well… noone looked happy to be there and noone cam communicate to let the customers know that they have to wait for their orders.. I’ve worked fast food before and drive thru times a to be kept within a certain time there is absolutely no way this place I’d making their drive thru times… this was my 1st time here and it will most definitely be my last!! Need to do better
