The employee was very sweet. That’s why I didn’t leave 1 star. I ordered a crispy cantina chicken. This is what I received. How can an employee feel confident bagging this up and serving this knowing that there are guides, and trainings, and PICTURES, to show what it should look like. Or at least close to. Not a fan of fast food chains, prefer local independents with real, interesting flavors. My bias. Will stave off hunger in an emergency. That said, Taco Bell has always been very consistently meh+, better than most comparable chains. I applaud the addition of sauces that are actually spicy! Sadly they recently removed the 7-layer burrito from the menu leaving fewer veggy options. So I had to try some other options. Not good. Quality control in assembly was really low with about half the amount of fillings that should have been there. I should have gotten bean burritos rather than paying $7 each for half-empty tortillas. Had some service issues too. And the dining area wasn’t clean. Grim. Unlikely to return.

Gave it another shot after the last poor experience. Winy try again. Ordered online got to the wi dow 5 minutes later.girl at window says it will be a few minutes.no drink just walks away.7 minutes later she returns hands out the food and tells me to have a good night. I ask about the drink she says oh my bad been forgetting all night.. no biggie really but then I go to eat the food.. loaded nachos had a small drop of sour cream very leat meat no beans and no gauc..the gordita was sad all the meat to one side all the veg and chz the other side lettuce looked wilted she’ll was hard. The 5 layer burrito was nearly all beans. Overall poor experience I’ll avoid for now on

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I’ve been to this taco bell several times now and not once is my order right but this time I pretty much got empty taco shells. Ordered two chipotle chicken burritos and one only had some sauce and one piece of chicken in it. My soft taco had only cheese in it and my baha cheesy gordita crunch had cheese with a small amount of beef. Ordered two small freeze drinks 75% full after waiting 20 minutes for it.

The most bizarre experience ever. Me, a GrubHub driver, two guys that got done working were waiting for our food for over 20 minutes (my order was at 45 minutes before I received it, missing 2-3 items).
What made it bizarre? No one would talk or even greet anyone.
We would ask questions and not get answers, we were nice about it and even joking with the employees because we felt bad for them, because it’s evident the franchise owner doesn’t care.
The taco bell app is littered with issues and I’ve been waiting a week to find out if there’s a “no conversing with paying customers” policy at this location.
As mentioned – I’ll volunteer my services to help train the staff. It’s been decades since I’ve worked in retail/food services (it’s a tough job, but talking is key), but I’d be more than happy to assist.

Long wait in drive thru, missing items from order. Went inside to get missing items and the girl asked for my name and put it into the system then walked away. Creating another long, long wait. Pitiful amount of nacho fries. Asked for burritos to be grilled extra and they were not grilled. Asked for fire sauce and revived 20+ packets of sauce for 5 items. One star for the one correct item in my bag.
I just went through the drive thru and was told “please hold I will be with you when I can”. So I waited patiently for 10 minutes until every car in front of me had left the drive thru. Finally I said “hello?” “Can I order??” And the same idiot who told me to wait earlier says “oh I didn’t hear you pull up”. Yeah, of course, because you told me to wait and order 1/4 hour ago. Incompetent, or high on drugs. What a deplorable, pathetic staff at this Taco Bell.
Additional 0 star review. The restaurant closed before 10pm on a Saturday due to low staffing. Pay a livable wage to your staff.

We ended up going thru the drive thru to pick it up. Waited at least 10 minutes with only two cars in front of us. No big deal things happen but when I get shorted two items for $6 each that’s unacceptable. I swear it must be company policy to short everyone’s order one or two items.

Love TACO BELL…really ..who doesn’t. The food is awesome and hot!! The crew is very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was pumping with some good music…yep ..they were playing (radio)…but the only thing was, it was just a bit unclean. It looked as if they had a rush of people n hadn’t had time to clean and hey…maybe that was the case. Over-all…that certainly won’t stop me from going again.

So I went to tacobell today at 6:00 to grab dinner at the the drive threw and when I got back to work to start my break and uncover the chalupa there were two black peace’s of hair in my food which I’m very disgusted and it’s not my hair. But next time plz make sure people are wearing hair nets or there hats because if this happens again I’m not coming back
