The food was alright but the dining area was disgusting. There was no one inside ordering when my boyfriend and I went inside and yet the dining area had no clean tables to eat at and there was food all over the floor. I’m not really sure how these people can get paid what they do now and not make an effort to make sure the dining area is clean for people to eat inside.

Probably the slowest fast food location I’ve been to. Day or night doesn’t matter, you will be waiting 20 minutes or more. Today I’ve seen several people leave the drive-thru mid order due to such impeccably slow staff.

Ordered on the app for a pickup @715pm. I ordered it at 5pm and got the notification that it was done @515pm. Which was insane on its own because what do you mean you made the food 2 hours early? Went in to grab it at 7:10pm and surprise! No food is ready. They go to remake it and the order was still wrong. Didn’t find out till I got home. I was missing a tostada in the crunch wrap supreme, chips for the new dip, and also the chips and cheese for a luxe box….

Not a great crew here and the meat was gross and chunky like bad taco bells get. They’re also the slowest group I think I have ever seen. Somehow, even more than the awful McDonald’s next to it.

Taco Bell if I wanted a salad I’d ask for one!!…. Now I typically don’t be coming up in here unless a place has messed my food up SEVERAL times. Every time I go to one of your stores weather it’s the one in fairmount or auburn yall stay messing up our food, couple months ago called and told a worker we just drove 20 minutes home to realize they messed up our entire order, they asked for a name an address and that we’d be receiving a gift card for the mistake… we never received it… we don’t order here very often but I’m a landscaper and work long hours and my boyfriend works all day as well, and sometimes we’re just tired and want something quick. Today I was disappointed to see that my burrito had nacho cheese and my chalupa was filled with basically nothing except lettuce!!! We don’t work all day to spend the money we just worked for for food that’s not right. Photos show before and after I removed the majority of the lettuce ( I don’t have a photo of the burrito I let my boyfriend eat it)

I really try to be understanding with fast food workers because I know how customers can be with them expecially during a rush but this place is actually just lazy, there has been multiple times we are just sitting in the line for up to an hour waiting on no more than 4 items, for the first time we decided to go inside to see if it would be any faster to get our order because our order was a mobile order we placed 15+ mins before showing up, all of the workers were clearly on something, a lot of them where just sitting there talking to eachother, some of them asking to hit eachothers dab pens while making ur food, some of the girls going out side together to smoke while the drive through is backed up to the road. Sitting there making themselves meals while they are really backed up. It really only seems to be one guy in there that is doing something. Again normally I’m not one to write reviews and shit on fast food workers because ik it can be stressful but it’s just laziness and they aren’t even trying… and don’t get me wrong!!! I know people have to and are allowed to take breaks but doing it in groups of 4 while ur line is backed up to the road is crazy… it’s 8:14 and I’ve been sitting here sense 7:30..

Hard to park if its busy, almost no parking spots. Not much else to say, pretty standard Taco bell. Which is always better than not bad Taco bell. Would go again.

Bought 2 party packs 1/2 of them mainly salad and cheese and the others look like someone took a teaspoon of meat and put it on there I don’t live in auburn or trust me you would’ve gotten them all back !
