We placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to pick it up. We only received four of the seven items that we ordered, so we went inside to get the rest. There were more employees than customers, and yet not a single one of them acknowledged us at the counter. I finally got one of their attentions, and it took them another good five minutes to figure out what to do (make our order over from the start, make the items we were missing, etc). They finally brought two more items out for us……leaving us still missing one item. I understand that counting to seven can be a challenge, but holy moley. This was just sad. The dining room, work area behind the counter, and bathroom were also filthy when we went inside. Definitely avoid.

The manager she is absolutely amazing yesterday, I stopped just to get my Baja blast, my Google wallet wasn’t working and I didn’t have my card in person, she blessed me with my drink and nacho fries. Thank you so much for your kindness and I can’t wait to pay it forward. The food was hot and fresh and I will be back.

This was the best Taco Bell I have been to in YEARS! Someone was cleaning the dining room the whole time we were there- usually Taco Bells aren’t very clean in my experience . Good was fresh, veggies/ tomatoes, etc and it actually tasted freshly made. I was impressed and I don’t know anyone here nor have I been here before!

This is a complaint against the manager Richard. I went through the drive-through and ordered three things. After ordering the first two and thinking for literally about 3 full seconds about my drink choice he said “if you’re going to order a bunch of things just say them.” I was taken aback and calmly said “haha sorry just one more thing and I try not to go too fast.” He responded with “well i’d rather people order fast.” The entire interaction lasted about 20 seconds total so I don’t understand why he was acting like I took forever. I pulled up to the window to find it open and him yelling at the employees for a few minutes and waving my drink around while he did it, forced to listen to everything he was saying, before he even acknowledged I was there. He had an attitude cashing me out as well after I had been nothing but kind to him from the start. To top it all off I watched him stick his finger in his ear and twist it around WITH MY DRINK IN THE SAME HAND. I understand as someone who has worked in customer service for years that we all have bad days but the way this man acted was not only gross and unprofessional but unnecessarily rude.

Went to get two meals same exact things one both meals. The girl who took my order was rude she charged me double the amount I had to catch it on my receipt she slammed the window in my face after saying something then gives me my change and drops it outside the window on the ground. I was very specific about meat cheese sour cream and there were other toppings that still ended up on the items (I ordered two of the same meals) to top it off no straws were giving for the drinks. Drove home to figure this all out and had to go back out because my kids wouldn’t eat the toppings on the items how hard is it to count change be kind and make a simple taco? Train your employees better when dealing in customer service. A good way to loose business.

This place USED to be our go-to for lunch at work for years. NEVER AGAIN! We’ve had multiple negative interactions with the woman in the drivethru recently and we’re DONE. My friend and I were actually scolded by her for simply placing orders through the app and not coming inside to get them? Why should we come inside? Everyone else can use the drive thru, but not us? The first time she yelled at us, my colleagues and I placed three separate orders via the apps on our phones about 20 mins ahead of time (thinking we gave them plenty of time to make it). Mind you, we only ordered three of those box meals (one per person). Nothing crazy. When we came to pick them up on our break, the woman actually yelled at us for doing that, saying that we weren’t allowed to place three separate orders like that and had to come inside next time to get them. Apparently, they don’t get the orders until we “check in” at the speaker (unlike everywhere else, where it’s sent ahead of time). We apologized, we didn’t know. How could we? So, the next time we tried ordering from there, we scaled it back and did it as a single order, thinking if we ordered as a single order, we wouldn’t get yelled at for simply trying to eat lunch on our break. We pulled up and said hello (trying to be polite), she gave us nasty looks and refused to speak to us, but we didn’t get yelled at! The other day was the last and final straw. Still worried about being yelled at (which is crazy), we placed a single small order for one “Lux” box and an extra burrito or something. What’s the difference if we place a single order via the app vs. driving up to the speaker and ordering the same exact thing? THERE ISN’T! So, when we pulled up to the window, we kindly greeted the woman with a smile trying to be nice (we just want our food!). The woman wouldn’t even acknowledge us! There was nobody in line ahead of us or behind us the entire time we sat there. She gave us a nasty look and left us there confused for about 10-15 mins. It was VERY awkward. We could tell that SHE had an issue with us being there for whatever reason. She didn’t come back and actually had to have her coworker (who has always been nice to us) give us our food. We have NEVER said anything negative to this woman, SHE’S been the one scolding US for trying to simply order food! Once we got back to work and opened up the food, it was INEDIBLE. The chalupa shell looked like it was picked up off the floor from behind the fryer or something. It was smashed into overly fried PIECES. It wasn’t even a chalupa at that point, I couldn’t pick it up at all. So, assuming she did something to my order, I didn’t eat any of the food. We contacted corporate and they gave us a freaking $10 gift card. Why the hell would we ever come back? So we can get yelled at and our food messed with for free? WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!

Zero stars across the board. I waited 30 minutes at the drive through. 3 cars infront of me. 25 minutes to take the first cars order. Then waited another 25 minutes for the 1st car to get there meal. I had to leave so i wasn’t late picking up my son. Never have I waited 50 minutes in a drive through before. Didn’t even pay or get my food. Absolutely ridiculous
