Came in to try the Chicken Bacon Ranch Street Chalupas. The aesthetic and the taste was excellent. It was like love at first bite. The staff and management are the friendliest people around. Yall will definitely want to come back and give this a try. You won’t regret it along with this location

I pulled into Taco Bell thinking I was just grabbing a quick bite. Taco Bell had other plans.
Ordered a couple tacos and a burrito. Everything tasted amazing for the full 3 minutes it took me to eat it. By minute 4, my stomach started making noises like a cement mixer full of angry squirrels.
Minute 5: I’m sweating.
Minute 6: I’m questioning every life decision that led me here.
Minute 7: I’m speed-walking to the bathroom like I’m late for the Olympics.
When people say Taco Bell is fast food, they’re not talking about the service… they’re talking about how fast it goes through you.
I swear the cashier looked at me like, “See you in a few minutes.”

Bathroom accessibility: 11/10

I don’t even know why it was so good but it was. Same great taste as usual but this 5-layer burrito was actually the best Taco Bell burrito I’ve had, not dry (they almost always are), and PERFECTLY wrapped like look at this burrito. Usually they look tossed around anywhere else (Manhattan and BK locations) but this one was immaculate. Hit the spot, didn’t wait too long, and drive-thru staff were kind and friendly!

Service is absolutely terrible. Ordered a crunch wrap with no tomato’s or lettuce. Long story short I bit into tomato’s and lettuce. I go back up there and she has an attitude with me just for me trying to get my order right. After a 10 minute wait I get the crunch wrap back just for it to have tomato’s in it once again. I didn’t wanna seem like a jerk so I just picked the tomato’s out. I also ordered nachos and fiesta potato’s afterwards. She forgot to bring me the nachos and came up to my table with an attitude while bringing me them. Hire better STAFF

Great rendition of all the usual classics very well put together store with modern updates and very clean, full staffed, only issue was the soda machine was broken but they made a different drink instead.

They forced clients to use the self order checkout computers. Only time someone comes to the counter is to give you your order. No greetings no nothing. Completely impersonal. An older guy had to yell asking what about the older people that doesn’t know how to deal with this? We can’t eat here then?! Awful service. Can I give 0 stars???.. wait … wait..wait minute… I gave the review prior to getting my tacos… OMG complete disappointment… did someone ordered empty tacos??? And watery sodas??? HORRIBLE!!!! Worst experience ever in a Taco Bell… complete waste of money…

Ordered tacos for dinner for our family, when we got them home and opened them I thought we got the incorrect order as there were what looked like “street tacos” in our bag. They were 2-3 bites size. As I opened them I realized holy cow, this is what I ordered and I paid the same price I normally do, I checked the receipts, but the tacos are now half the size?? Can tell they’re still using the regular sized wrappers too because the picture of the bell isn’t in the middle anymore, it’s folded over because the taco is so small. If it is a move by corporate, I’m sure they’ll change the wrapper and hope nobody notices. Did not see anything on the app or site about the new same price but smaller tacos. I wouldn’t advertise that either but super greedy, shady corporate move Taco Bell. Awful, awful.

I had horrible service here and yes I kept returning I kept hoping that I would get surprised 1day but never did at first went to Middletown location it was awesome and however months ago I moved to New Windsor area and even before this I hads found them to be better than Newburgh so I hads decided to always go to Middletown and or New Windsor is alot better can improve but overall 100% percent waaaaay betttttterrrrrrr then Newburgh.
