Amazing employees! The resturant is kept very clean and sauces, utensils and napkins are always stocked. They are very friendly and super helpful and always make sure my order is done right. They always remember to add sauces, utensils and straws when I do pickup. They even do their best to make you feel welcome with a smile on their face. I will definitely be coming back here many times again. Thank you to everyone working here you are awesome!!

I have been to this location multiple times since it opened and each and every time the manager/owner has argued with someone there, either one of his staff or a customer. Not just disagreeing, but down and out yelling. Today it was my turn. I brought my autistic son there for his birthday, what he wanted and I obliged.
We ordered at the kiosk to have my son learn a bit of independence. My son was waiting patiently and asked the man behind the counter for his medium cup and the man, who turned out to be the manager, didn’t believe that he had ordered a box meal that came with a drink, asking him multiple times what his name was and went to check to see if he actually paid.
When I opened up the food, I noticed that one of the items was not correct and I asked how I would be able to get a copy of my receipt. I was confused because I had ordered a crunchy taco but I got a soft taco instead. Not a huge issue but when I brought it up to the counter to ask if I had made the mistake, the man got so defensive, started shouting at me that since I used the kiosk, it was completely my fault and there was nothing I could do except order and pay for what I had originally wanted. He would not exchange it.
He went from 0-60 in seconds, yelling at me, shouting “bye bye” and waving at me to leave.
I told him I had witnessed him not only speak to other customers this way but also seen him treat his employees so poorly.
I will never go back to this Taco Bell after being spoken to by this manager/owner. What a rude person. Worst customer service ever.

This was low key great to sit down and enjoy your meal. But the food was not good. It’s tacobell it ain’t a 5 star restaurant. Service was so so horrible we asked if you have specials or offers , the cashier guy said no.. it’s petty he sounded like he didn’t want to be there. Maybe it was not his day.. but we got some stuff off the menu sat down and eat some of it. The best part of this establishment was the free refill of drinks. No bathroom and clean dining area. And parking was available for free.

The only redeeming quality about this taco bell location is that it’s new and the inside is fairly clean as a result…HOWEVER after ordering from this mini taco bell expect to wait 30 to 40 minutes just for them to get your order wrong and serve you half ass thrown together food. The frozen baja blast looked like someone threw packed snow into a cup and put two drops of blue syrup over it. Wouldn’t even make it up the straw. Worst frozen baja blast I’ve ever had. There are 3 overworked people working there total so don’t expect any love to be put into your tacos or service. Take the trip up central to a real taco bell.
