It would be nice if the employees paid attention to the customer’s order instead of negatively talking to each other about other customers. Needless to say, our order was wrong. It seems some people forget that without customers they wouldn’t be employed.

had a weird experience with a dude working the pay window. We paid for our food, and then waited since there was a car Infront. The guy proceeded to hang his arms and head out the window, and then struck up a conversation. Would have been okay, if he had not suggested for my brother (the driver) to take my cousin and I to a strip club?? And after my brother explained that we were his sister and his cousin, the guy continued by saying ” well I bet they want to see you have fun.” Weird.

Their pepsi must have been running low bc I got such a gross soda. Nacho fries were barely warm and honestly tasted like they had some cinnamon sugar on them, idk of they are stored near the cinnamon sugar twists. It was just so so. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse.

Double check your bag before you go. I ordered online got 10 hot sauces they didn’t put any. I waited in drive through line for 20 mins and then the inside was closed so I couldn’t even go in to get my sauce without waiting in line for 20 mins again

I have to put one star so I can post a review but if I could i wouldn’t. There is an employee who has very disgusting behavior at her place of work. Madi is a very very rude employee , refused service to me and my sister and refused to give my sister her stuff. She is very disrespectful, don’t know how she still has a job but her attitude and behavior in and out of work is disgusting. I don’t know if it’s because of her age she acts this way but this girl should be fired.

I never write reviews, but this was horrible! My husband just picked up our online order, and my burrito looked like someone took their fist to it. I could barely pick it up. Sour cream was all on one end, refried beans were coming out of holes on every side, it was floppy, mushy, and DISGUSTING!

I was living in a nearby motel getting baked and I got hungry and came to taco bell. I ordered almost 30 dollars of food. The drive thru was quick and they got my order right. The food jockey noticed that I was stoned. He was happy for me.
