I don’t go out for fast food often. This Taco Bell is better than the location in Pleasantville. The food is made to order, but it takes a very long time to receive your meal. I just think that Taco Bell used to be really good and that it’s gone downhill lately. The quality of the food and the service has declined. The tables are not wiped down after use, and the restrooms should be better maintained.
I would say the food is mediocre at best. Every time I go there as a consumer, I am disappointed. I’ve gotten to the point where I pick another fast food Restaurant to go to. I’m not blaming the employees, they seem like they’re always short staffed. Maybe if they offer their employees better pay and increased their benefits, they’d be fully staffed. Taco Bell is expensive and the food disappoints. Our meal for two people was well over $30. For fast food? What happened to an inexpensive and fast meal? I would be happy to pay the money, if there was a better quality of food and service.

I have been picking up take out for special orders. Never disappointed. Staff do look overwhelmed not sure if short staffed but overall are attentive.
I would hope people would like to work here, it’s always busy even between rush hours.

The guy who works the drive thru late nights is super sweet and helpful. This taco bell has really improved. The food is good and hot.

So they had a meal for two, but it was only an online exclusive, which means you have to order online and pay through the app so I did that 20 minutes before I arrived. I show up the employee at the register, said it was on his screen, but in the back where they make it, it wasn’t on that screen, so they should’ve started making mine then but instead as I sat there waiting as six cars came in and went through the drive-through and left. I’m still sitting waiting for my food, but I ordered now 30 minutes ago. Taco Bell was renovated. I think you should’ve renovated the employees cause this place sucked before and it still sucks and it wasn’t even the dinner rush yet. I can imagine what that looks like. Here’s some pictures of my lettuce wraps that I received the worst taco smell ever.

Every time we grab a bite here, it’s a great experience! You can really feel the passion and dedication they pour into everything they do, and it makes the sometimes long wait worth it! Great job Mays Landing Taco Bell. We need more workers like you.

Very dirty place and it always take so long to be served
Staff are not friendly and there’s never a smile from them.
Grumpy people working in there.
They throw food on the floor and then move under the counter with their feet.

Behold the $5 cheesy Gordita crunch. That’s right $5 for this sorry excuse of fast food. If you look closely you can see a tiny bit of beef on it. This should tell you everything you need to know about this place. Go to a different location.

This is the nicest and cleanest Taco Bell I’ve been to in ages. There were lots of virtual ordering kiosks and ample seating. Everything was clean. I ordered something with a grilled burrito, and it was fresh.
I specifically want to shout out the amazing team working there. They made our food with care and got it to us quickly. I accidentally left my purse. The team answered the phone when I called to see if someone had found it. They kept it safe until my husband drove all the way back from Philly. He also mentioned how kind the staff were. Thanks for being so awesome and for being good people.
