Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered my meal inside the restaurant, and it took an unusually long time to be prepared. When the food was finally handed to us, everything was placed together in one large bag without separating the individual orders, which caused confusion among my companions. The tacos themselves lacked flavor.
The salsa station was poorly maintained, with some leaking packets and an overall unclean appearance.
The kitchen staff appeared more focused on socializing than attending to customers, and the manager displayed an unwelcoming attitude.
Upon leaving, we noticed that Taco Bell employees were blocking the drive-thru lane while interacting with the KFC across the street. To make matters worse, a manure waste disposal truck was parked at the main entrance of the restaurant, with the driver conversing with an employee while preparing equipment. The odor was overwhelming and extremely unpleasant.
Placing such waste equipment at the main entrance of a restaurant is a serious health hazard. The smell was nauseating, and the overall experience was unacceptable. Hours later, we also experienced stomach discomfort after consuming the food from this location.

I purchased 2 chipotle ranch chicken burritos. When i got home I discovered 1 had almost no chicken, but both were loaded with sauce. It was like soup in a burrito shell. There was no avocado sauce and tortilla strips in either burrito. I wanted to return the order, but was not worth the 20 minutes and gas to go back. I have gotten this item at other locations and it has always been good. Will never give this location another chance. Also, was not pleased with the 10 minute wait considering i was the only customer inside.

FOOD POISONING ALERT!
My partner and I ordered from this Taco Bell location yesterday, and we both ended up with severe food poisoning. Within hours of eating, we experienced intense stomach pain, nausea, and other symptoms. Clearly, something was wrong with the food.
This was a horrible experience, and I strongly urge management to address food safety at this location. If you’re considering eating here—be careful!

They must have changed something because the reviews are bad but this is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to, the fries and food are always piping hot and they don’t skimp on ingredients, the food actually taste good.
