Burger was pretty good. They cooked the burger how I liked it. I also had breaded mushrooms that were ok… The breading on the mushrooms was a little dry. But still ok..the service was friendly and the place was clean. The people there ranged from people in their 20′, 30’s, 40’s and I even saw a few people that were about 70 years old. The music on the outdoor patio was a bit too loud preventing regular conversation…. But overall a good experience.

Cross posted. First time customer of Mugs. The food was good. Open seating this time of day, 3 ish. Came out piping hot. Service was great, the bartender served me and she was awesome. The Reuben was ok. Not the best Reuben I’ve ever had I would definitely get something different next time. Then french fries were top notch. The place is dated a bit and booths need some work. The upholstery on booths cracked, holes, peeling etc. The bathroom could definitely use some paint but was VERY clean. Overall not what I was expecting but would come back.

Went there before and food was okay but went back to try again. Today visit was amazing delicious food was the best I had in a while hats off to the cooks. The waitress was amazing her name is Reese and full of energy and very fast and probably the best waitress I had in a long time. Just wanted to say thank you to Reese. The only negative thing I have is too please fix the air conditioner for the customers and your workers. Overall great experience. Please fix the AC.

Most of the food was good but the service was very slow. The Asian wings tasted like chemicals and the parmasean wings just tasted like butter. The medium flavored wings were fantastic.

Visiting the area I stopped in here for some dinner and a drink with a coworker. Place looked popular and had a fair amount of people that seemed to be regulars. There was a fair selection of good looking food, on the dirty menus. Staff was friendly and kept checking on us. Place could use a little bit of cleaning and repair.

Ordered takeout. Food quality very poor- tough shrimp, missing sides, inedible sweet tator tots. Food cost $100 for 4 people and only the corn bites were edible- and they were sweet with powered sugar. New management? What changed? The food was much better the other times we’ve had it. And it wasn’t a take out/delivery issue. We live super close and the food was hot when it got to us – just poor quality
