So my friends and I have been coming here on and off for several months now, but only out of convenience. And, I’ve been coming here for the past couple years myself and I’m finally leaving an honest review hoping improvements can be made on an establishment I enjoy dining at.
Anyways, so I always order a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich here and unfortunately there’s no hopes of the kitchen staff preparing this meal to its fullest potential bc I’ve had better elsewhere. Therefore I’m giving this Buffalo Chicken Sandwich a rating of 6/10 (picture of said item is attached). However, bc I’ve had the chicken wings and drums here before I’ll give that a rating of 9/10 so that is why overall I gave the Food rating a 4/5 which made up for the difference.
Next, I gave the service a 2/5 bc none of the waitresses can never seem to give ppl the right meal they ordered, let alone the right drinks. Mind you, we always come on a slow day during slow hours so remembering our drinks shouldn’t be that difficult. I’d hate to come here on a busy day for this reason. Despite the staff being friendly and professional, I didn’t like the resting bihh faces, bc it always lwk ruined the vibes and atmosphere for me. And, that is why I rated the Atmosphere a 3/5.
Overall, I gave this place a rating of 4/5, bc I enjoy coming here for the events they host and the chicken wings are definitely their saving grace atm. I hope the kitchen staff keeps up the good work on that, and I hope improvements can be made with management possibly hiring better employees with a more optimistic attitude and demeanor.

Great spot for good food and karaoke. Service is great and a little arcade for the kids is an extra bonus! My only issue is the website shows HH at $2.99 and you get charged more.

This place was SO DISAPPOINTING ! And i had such HIGH HOPES. First off, I pull in to the side to the sight of rotted boards, then come in to a beautiful copper bar top just to look up and see like 25 plus beer taps and only like 7 where being used ! Wth ! With signs all over from breweries and no craft beer! Who made that dumb decision!?! Bar Tender wasnt rude but her personality was completely stale. The restroom, omg so run down and dirty, might as well be an outhouse. The taps went down while i was there, so couldn’t even get a refill on Miller light. Is this place going out of business is that why its not being kept up??? So close to where I live i could have been a regular but Hell to the no. Why…… tell me why…its called Mugs ???? Why??? My beer didn’t come in a Mug! What a joke ! Wings were on special and Horrible, they just slop on the sauce, they dont toss the wings. Fryer was probably dirty from the over cooking of them. So disappointing. People on the patio seemed happy though. The absolute ONLY good thing I will say about this place , absolute only thing was whoever was on the radio communicating about working on the taps, whoever the bar tender spoke to on the radio was extremely upbeat and positive when responding and that hard working man gets 5 stars for work place morale enhancement. Everything else needs alot of work! OH ! AND THEY CHARGED ME LIKE $4 FOR ALL DRUMS AND NEVER ONCE MENTIONED IT WAS AN UP CHARGE! People need to know these things !

It was my first time in and Superbowl Sunday! My husband and I sat at the bar (inside). There were tons of TVs and great sound! We even got to watch both halftime shows. The service was wonderful, truly spot on! The food was phenomenal! We shared some Traditional hot wings (smoked wings) and my gosh they were delicious! I had a cup of their wedding soup too and that was to die for! They had a DJ (host) doing squares for the game (FREE) and giving away prizes. I even won a shirt. It was a wonderful time. We will definitely be back for some more drinks and to try more on the menu.

We were staying at the hotel next door and walked over to pick up (within 10 min of ordering). Great customer service once we walked in the door and the place was fun. One room had karaoke with people of all ages in there, the bar had several customers and the outdoor seating was full (end of June and people were still sitting outside at 630p). We had calamari and fish bites and they were really good! I highly recommend this place!

When Florida decided to remind us that yes, it does in fact get cold here, Mugs Sports Bar came through like absolute pros. We booked their private room last minute for a Celebration of Life, and somehow they made it feel like it had been planned for months.
Sean and Chad were rock-solid from start to finish, calm, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. Chad worked directly with the chef to stretch the budget without stretching the portions everyone was fed generously and the food came out on time and on point (no hangry guests = instant win).
The drink package? Phenomenal. Exactly what we needed and then some.
Huge shoutout to the waitstaff, Stephani and Kira, who were nothing short of amazing attentive, kind, and on top of everything without ever missing a beat.
From last-minute chaos to a seamless, meaningful event, Mugs knocked it out of the park. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like family and delivers across the board, this is it. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Very sad and unbelievable! Everything was actually fine, a typical sports bar, good prices, friendly service. But the charge makes me really upset. I was alone, one beer and a burrito – $22.70 with card payment (2% extra for card payment). I wanted to leave a tip and wrote down 20%. I even asked the waitress how it works afterwards… I’m just not familiar with this system back home… she was friendly. But then they charged me an extra $20! $42.70!!! I’ve never experienced such blatant rip-off before. Who on earth gives a 100% tip? I’m really angry. I would appreciate a refund!

Food was bad. My daughter’s hotdog was burnt and dried out, my husband’s burger was tasteless he said, my sliders were cold and weren’t tasty at all except for the Hawaiian bread it sat in. The fries, my husband tried to share with me, were soggy, and obviously had been sitting there for a while.
Any request I made was either ignored, or was met halfway in the most inconvenience way. For example, we were the only ones sitting inside in the actual restaurant and I asked if the tv next to us could be switched to a cartoon for my daughters. The changed the one directly behind us and didn’t bother to tell us. I asked for the appetizer to come out before the food and everything came out all at once. And the only thing that was actually hot was the appetizer. I think the service saw that we weren’t enjoying ourselves at all and they gave us a discount of $4 out of our over $50 check.
Honestly, I think the food there could be good. It seems to have good elements and it’s right next to our house so we really wanted to like it, but in this case, I think it was just lazy management. I don’t blame our server at all. Sad because it always seemed very busy so I was wanting to give it a shot for a while.
