I placed a mobile order for pickup, and the app showed my order was ready. However, when I arrived, I was told the black beans weren’t ready and ended up waiting 20 minutes. During that time, the staff did not communicate well — their attitude and body language came across as dismissive, and whenever I followed up, I didn’t receive a proper response.
My low rating is based on the poor customer service, lack of accountability, and the inaccurate app notification about my order being ready when it wasn’t. The food itself was just average — nothing special. This location definitely needs improvement in customer service and communication.

The experience at this location was unacceptable. Orders are prepared extremely slowly, and the staff appears completely uninterested and careless toward customers. Despite the excessive wait time, no explanation or apology was provided. This level of service is far below Taco Bell standards. I request an immediate review of this location and appropriate corrective action to be taken.

I had a very frustrating pickup order experience at this Taco Bell. I placed my order through the app, and it said it would be ready by 1:00 pm. When I arrived, I could tell the store was busy, but both the drive-thru and the line inside were moving at a decent pace. I went inside to wait for my pickup order.
By 1:15, my order still wasn’t ready. I asked the employee working at the counter, and while she did apologize and said it would be ready shortly, nothing changed. My order was not ready until 1:30 pm — a full 30 minutes after the promised pickup time.
I understand that lunch hours can be busy, but while I was waiting, I watched multiple drive-thru and in-store orders being completed and handed out. It really felt like app pickup orders were not being prioritized at all. Waiting half an hour after the scheduled pickup time defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
An apology was given, but there was no other acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I’ll think twice before using app pickup at this location again.

The staff was incredibly courteous and kept us updated on the progress of our order. They even sealed the food in a bag to prevent any spills, and they attached a straw to the soda for our convenience. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be visiting this location again.

Ordered door dash tonight from this taco bell. I have never in my life seen as much orange grease as I did on my food tonight. I order 13 sauces and get 4. The beefy burrito was supposed to have rice on it and it didn’t and it was a freezing cold. Wasn’t the washers fault either. Overall negative 2 out of 10. Gross.

This location has a serious employee problem. 8 of the past 10 times I have ordered from here there has always been something wrong. The employees are extremely immature teenagers who are doing stupid tik tok dances and actively trying to avoid customers. They will hide if someone walks in and the managers join in. The employees will even mock customers and lock the doors if you try to order in the last hour before closing. Its absolutely ridiculous and it’s clear the staff here doesn’t care. Customer support wasn’t helpful either. Just bum behavior.

This store can never get an order correct. I hate that when I order door dash this is the only one I can order from. I even place mobile orders and go in to pick up and it’s STILL wrong or missing items, I order sauces on my tacos that I pay extra for and don’t receive, I just orders churros two orders of them and they are not in the bag. I live on another side of town so it’s an inconvenience to get there. Ok Taco Bell gives coupons back but still it’s my money I am using to pay for these things and the store and just keep on messing up. Customer service is horrible. A store filled of children working and not following directions. I just don’t get it.

The most disgraceful and unqualified employees I have ever seen in my life were there. I waited 30 minutes while waiting to get my food, and when I asked them about it, they responded to me with curses and insults. I have encountered something like this for the first time in my life. I want this branch to be investigated, but as I can see in the comments, there has been no examination despite hundreds of complaints. I had such a bad experience, I was subjected to psychological and even physical violence, I don’t want anyone else to live.
